المستخلص: نشر بورتسيف عام 2006 مشروعا حضاريا يكمل (صدام الحضارات لهنتنغتون) ويقدم له أمثلة مستقبلية تعتمد فكرة (الهيمنة الأصولية، الإسلامية على معظم العالم، وإعلان الخلافة)، في حرب دموية مسيحية إسلامية، لكي تجير الصراع المفترض لصالح مخططاتها. وإذا ما أردنا أن نتكلم عن صدام الحضارات وصمومئيل هنتنغتون في التشكيك برؤيته السياسية كما عند البعض والذي يسميه بالكتاب الصعب الهضم بسبب الإحصائيات الكثيرة ونتائج الاستطلاعات ومن الملاحظ، أنه ليس من السهل الربط بين مختلف التأكيدات التي يوردها، كما يرى ذلك تزفيتان تودوروف، ولذلك أنه سيبقى دون أي تأثير على الرأي العام إلا أن العكس هو الذي حصل إلى درجة أن عنوانه الذي استعاره هنتنغتون في الواقع من المختص بالإسلاميات برنارد لويس. يرى جيكو موللر وزميله فاهر نهولتز أن هنتنغتون أراد بعنوان كتاب (صدام الأصوليات) بحسب تسميته، توكيد احتمال ظهور هذه التطورات المحفوفة بالخطر في المستقبل، ومن ثم الرغبة في تحذير الأمم الغربية من مغبة الانخراط فيها. وبذلك فقد اعتبر الكتاب أو مضمونه هو واقع حتمي لا مفر منه: "وبدا أن هجمات الحادي عشر من سبتمبر 2001 قد أثبتت صدق تنبؤات هنتنغتون. وأصبح لويس نفسه على ما يبدو مرشدا روحيا للمحافظين الجدد في واشنطن، الذين تمثل هدفهم في تحويل العراق إلى أمة أخرى تتبع النموذج التركي. مع بروز الإرهاب الدولي المدفوع ببواعث دينية، بدا الفهم الساذج لـ "نظرية الصدام" مخططا هيكليا سهلا يمكن أن يؤسس عليه الزعماء السياسيون استراتيجياتهم التصادمية.
