المستخلص: استهدفت هذه الدراسة شريحة مهمة في الهرم السكاني للمجتمع العراقي تمثلت بشريحة (الطفولة)، وتشكل الطفولة أهمية جوهرية وديناميكية لمستقبل التنمية البشرية، وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة بهدف الوقوف على الأبعاد الاجتماعية للجماعات الإرهابية على الأمن الإنساني للطفل العراقي. علما أن الطفولة العراقية قد تعرضت في ظل سيطرة الجماعات الإرهابية والتهجير القسري إلى أشد أنواع العنف الاجتماعي، وقد باتت الطفولة في بيئة محفوفة بالمخاطر تمثلت بـــــ(تأخير سنوات التعليم، دخول سوق العمل مبكرا، ضعف الحنان العاطفي الأبوي، الاضطرابات النفسية، أصوات الانفجارات، البكاء وصعوبة النوم). وقد اعتمدت هذه الدراسة منهج المسح الاجتماعي بأسلوب العينة، وقد قام الباحث بتطبيق الدراسة على عينة من الأسر الساكنة فى محافظة الأنبار، وكان حجم العينة (200) أسرة، وتم اعتماد مجموعة من الطرق "كالملاحظة والجماعة البؤرية" للوقوف على حقيقة ما تعرضت له الطفولة في ظل أزمة الإرهاب التي تعرضت لها المحافظة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج: منها تأخير الدراسة لأكثر من ثلاث سنوات لبعض الأطفال، فضلا عن تحول عدد من الأطفال إلى المعيل للأسرة بعد قتل الأب أو فقدانه من قبل جهات إرهابية، ارتفاع معدلات عمالة الأطفال، تفاقم حالات العنف بين الأطفال، ارتفاع معدلات الزواج المبكر. كل هذه النتائج تشكل تهديدا لمستقبل التنمية والأمن الإنساني للمجتمع.

The present study is targeting un important section of population pyramid of the Iraqi society represented by (Children). Childhood constitutes an essential and dynamic importance of the human development future. This study is to identify the social dimensions of terrorist groups on the human security of Iraqi children. It is important to know that Iraqi children, under the control of terrorist groups and forced displacement, have been subjected to the most severe forms of social violence and become in an environment full of risks such as (delay of education years, precocious involving in the labor market, weakness of parental tenderness, psychological disorders, explosions sounds, crying, sleeping difficulty and other risks). The survey method was adopted by the researcher on a sample composed of (200) families living in Al Anbar province. In order to find out the truth about what happened to the children under the crisis of terrorism that the province had witnessed, a number of methods were adopted, such as the observation and focus group. The study reached a group of results: The study of more than three years for some children had been delayed, a number of children had become the breadwinner of their families after losing or killing their fathers by terrorist organizations, the high rates of child labor, violence against children had been increased, high rates of precocious marriage. All of these results constitute a threat to the future of the development and human security of society.
