المستخلص: النص القرآني كان ولا يزال يمثل شجرة مثمرة على مر العصور وفي مختلف العلوم، ومن هذه العلوم المتعلقة بنظمه وتركيبه ودلالته. من هنا كان بحثي في القرآن الكريم ولاسيما في القصر في سورة النساء؛ لأن هذه السورة من السور الطوال التي عرضت الأحكام بشكل عام، ولاسيما حكم الميراث الذي فصلته تفصيلا وافيا، وهذه الأحكام قد بنيت على أسلوب القصر في أغلب الأحيان وهذا الاعتماد جعل القصر يثبت حكما ويرفع أحكاما أخرى. اعتمدت في بحثي المنهج الموضوعي التحليلي، من خلال استقراء طرق القصر المتنوعة، ومواضع ورود آيات سورة النساء عليها من خلال بيان البناء الموضوعي للآية، وعلاقته بالقصر، وارتباط القصر مع سياق الآية المدروسة، فضلا عن سياق الآية مع الآية السابقة لها أو اللاحقة بها، وقد توصل البحث إلى نتائج عدة سجلت في خاتمة البحث منها، ورد القصر في مواضع عدة في سورة النساء بأساليبه المتنوعة وقد عرضنا أكثر من خمسين موضعا لمواضع القصر وهذا يعني أن القصر يمثل الأساس الموضوعي واللفظي لآيات سورة النساء، فضلا عن ذلك جاء القصر بتقديم ما حقه التأخير أكثر أنواع القصر في سورة النساء ثم تبعه القصر بــ )النفي والاستثناء( ثم القصر بــ(إنما). جاءت بعض الآيات متضمنة لأكثر من أسلوب من أساليب القصر، فقد عرضنا بعض الآيات تضمنت أربع جمل قصرية، وقد ساهمت جملة القصر ليس في نظم سياق الآية فحسب، بل إن بعض جمل القصر قد ساهمت في نظم الآيات بعضها مع البعض الآخر.

Quranic text was and still representing a fruitful tree throughout the ages and in different sciences, and from these; there is one which related to its organizing, composition and meaning. From here I started my research about the Holly Quran, especially about the exclusion technique in "Al-Nisaa" verse, because this verse is one of the longest verses in Quran which has showed the rules in general, especially the rule of inheritance, which I have explained fully in details, and these rules was built mostly upon the exclusion technique, this dependency enabled the exclusion to prove certain rules and disprove others. In my research, I relied on the thematic and analytic approach by the induction of different exclusion methods and the context of the verses in "Al-Nisaa", and the use of exclusion in it through the revealing of the thematic construction to the verse, and the relation to the exclusion, and the link between the exclusion and the context of the studied verse, in addition to the context of this verse with its previous and next one. The research has concluded several results that has been written to the end of it, that includes the presence of exclusion in severalplaces in “Al-Nisaa” verse, with its different techniques. So we have showed more than fifty places where the exclusion was used, which means that the exclusion represents the thematic and literature foundation of the Al-Nisaa verse, in addition to that, the exclusion came with (advancing what should be preceded) which is the most used Exclusion in Al-Nisaa, followed by the exclusion with negation and exception, then the exclusion using “Ennma” (a tool used in Arabic). Some verses came including more than one technique of exclusion, so we showed some of the verses including four exclusive sentences, that has participated not only in creating the context of the verse, but also there are some exclusive sentences has participated in the organization of the verses.
