|a أهداف الدراسة: \nهدفت الدراسة إلى: \n1-\tالتعرف على مدى قيام المشرف التربوي المنسق بالمهام المكلف بها تجاه الإدارة المدرسية والمتعلقة بـ (إدارة التربية والتعليم، المعلمين، التجهيزات والمباني المدرسية). \n2-\tالكشف على الفروق الإحصائية في متوسطات تقدير مديري مدارس التعليم العام بمدينة مكة المكرمة حول مدى قيام المشرف التربوي المنسق بالمهام المكلف بها تعزى للمتغيرات التالية: (المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة، الدورات التدريبية، المرحلة التعليمية). \nمنهج الدراسة: \nالمنهج المستخدم هو المنهج الوصفي لأنه أنسب إلى معرفة الواقع لجوانب الدراسة. \nمجتمع الدراسة: \n\tتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مديري المدارس بمدينة مكة المكرمة في مختلف المراحل الدراسية والبالغ عددهم (524) مديراً خلال الفصل الدراسي الثاني للعام الدراسي 1432-1433هـ. \nأداة الدراسة: \n\tاستخدم الباحث استبانة من إعداده كأداة للدراسة. \nأهم نتائج الدراسة: \n1-\tأن المشرف التربوي المنسق يقوم غالباً بالمهام المكلف بها تجاه الإدارة المدرسية والمتعلقة بإدارة التربية والتعليم، حيث بلغ متوسط العام (4.01) للجانب الإداري و (3.50) للجانب الفني. \n2-\tأن المشرف التربوي المنسق يقوم أحياناً بالمهام المكلف بها تجاه الإدارة المدرسية والمتعلقة بالمعلمين، حيث بلغ المتوسط العام (3.36) للجانب الإداري و(3.61) للجانب الفني. \n3-\tأن المشرف التربوي المنسق يقوم أحياناً بالمهام المكلف بها تجاه الإدارة المدرسية والمتعلقة بالتجهيزات، حيث بلغ المتوسط العام (3) للجانب الإداري و(3.09) للجانب الفني. \n4-\tتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) في متوسطات تقدير مديري المدارس حول مدى قيام المشرف التربوي المنسق بالمهام المكلف بها تجاه الإدارة المدرسية لمحاور الدراسة الثلاثة (المهام التي تتعلق بإدارة التربية والتعليم، والمهام التي تتعلق بالمعلمين، والمهام التي تتعلق بالتجهيزات والمباني المدرسية) تعزى إلى الخبرة، كما تعزى لأصحاب المؤهل العلمي، وكانت هذه الفروق لصالح المديرين أصحاب المؤهل العلمي (بكالوريوس). \n5-\tلا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) في متوسطات تقدير مديري المدارس حول مدى قيام المشرف التربوي المنسق بالمهام المكلف بها تجاه الإدارة المدرسية لمحاور الدراسة الثلاثة (المهام التي تتعلق بإدارة التربية والتعليم، والمهام التي تتعلق بالمعلمين، والمهام التي تتعلق بالتجهيزات والمباني المدرسية) تعزى إلى (الدورات التدريبية، المرحلة الدراسية). \nأهم التوصيات: \n1-\tأن يرتبط بقاء المشرف التربوي المنسق في وظيفته بدرجة مساهمته وحرصه على تطوير أدائه وممارساته الفنية والإدارية. \n2-\tأن تسند وزارة التربية والتعليم عمل المشرف التربوي المنسق إلى أصحاب الخبرة والكفاءة في الجانب الفني والإداري. \n3-\tزيادة فعالية أداء المشرفين التربويين المنسقين، وذلك عن طريق البرامج التدريبية واللقاءات التربوية المنظمة. \n4-\tالتركيز على أهمية تبادل الخبرات التربوية في مجال الإشراف التربوي بين المشرفين التربويين المنسقين، وذلك عن طريق الزيارات المتبادلة. \n

|f Objectives of the study:\nThe study aimed at:\n1- Identifying the extent to which the coordinating educational supervisor performs the tasks assigned to him regarding the school administration and related to (education administration, teachers, equipment, and school buildings).\n2- Revealing the statistical differences in the averages of the public education school principals' assessment in the city of Makkah Al-Mukarramah regarding the extent to which the coordinating educational supervisor performs the tasks assigned to him due to the following variables: (academic qualification, years of experience, training courses, educational stage).\nStudy Method:\nThe descriptive method is used because it is more appropriate to know the reality of aspects of the study.\nStudy population:\nThe study population consisted of all principals in the city of Makkah Al-Mukarramah in various academic stages, and their number was (524) during the second semester of the academic year 1432-1433 AH.\nStudy tool:\nThe researcher used a questionnaire he prepared as a study tool.\nThe most important results of the study:\n1- The coordinating educational supervisor often performs the tasks assigned to him regarding the school administration and related to the education administration, where the general average was (4.01) for the administrative aspect and (3.50) for the technical aspect.\n2- The coordinating educational supervisor sometimes performs the tasks assigned to him regarding the school administration and related to teachers, as the general average reached (3.36) for the administrative aspect and (3.61) for the technical aspect.\n3- The coordinating educational supervisor sometimes performs the tasks assigned to him regarding the school administration and related to equipment, where the general average was (3) for the administrative aspect and (3.09) for the technical aspect.\n4- There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) in the averages of the school principals' assessment about the extent to which the coordinating educational supervisor performs the tasks assigned to him regarding the school administration for the three focal points of the study (tasks related to education administration, tasks related to teachers, and tasks related to equipment, and school buildings), attributed to experience, as well as to those with academic qualifications, and these differences were in favour of managers with a scientific qualification (BA).\n5- There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) in the averages of the school principals' assessment of the extent to which the coordinating educational supervisor performs the tasks assigned to him regarding the school administration for the three focal points of study (tasks related to education administration, tasks related to teachers, and tasks related to equipment and school buildings) attributed to (training courses, school stage).\nMain recommendations:\n1- That the coordinating educational supervisor's stay in his position is related to the degree of his contribution and his eagerness to develop his performance and technical and administrative practices.\n2- That the Ministry of Education, assign the work of the coordinating educational supervisor to those with experience and competence in the technical and administrative side.\n3- Increasing the effectiveness of the coordinating educational supervisors' performance, through training programs and educational meetings organized.\n4- Focusing on the importance of exchanging educational experiences in the field of educational supervision between the coordinating educational supervisors through mutual visits.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
