المستخلص: The problem of unemployment is perhaps considered one of the most serious problems facing the nation of Islam in particular and the world at the general level. This is due to the multiplicity of its paths and the multiplicity of its behavioral, psychological, economic and social effects on the individual and the society. Really it is a global problem that is hardly recognized by any of the countries, no matter how great its economy and its multiple resources. The Holy Qur’an was revealed by God Almighty to contain what is our happiness in the world and our deliverance on the Day of Judgment, then there is something that benefits people, preserves their living matters, and sets their affairs for them. So, the idea of this research is based on studying this problem and its solutions in the light of the Holy Qur’an that's a comprehensive curriculum based on encouraging concepts on work that give rise to hope, with inference from the positions of the prophets, messengers and righteous in the Qur’anic stories, with the lessons these attitudes incite to exert effort and strive for the constructing of the earth. The Qur'anic directives drive the underlying human energy that encourages it to launch, seek and strike across the earth to obtain blessing from God Almighty, and take advantage of the bounties of this vast universe that were placed in its folds waiting for someone to extract it and win its goodness

لعل من أخطر المشكلات التي تواجه أمة الإسلام خاصة والعالم على مستوى العموم مشكلة البطالة؛ نظراً لتعقد مشاربها وتعدد آثارها السلوكية، والنفسية، والاقتصادية، والاجتماعية، على الفرد والجماعة، وكونها مشكلة عالمية لا تكاد تسلم منها دولة من الدول مهما عظم اقتصادها وتعددت مواردها. ولما كان القرآن العظيم قد أنزله الله تعالى محتوياً على ما فيه سعادتنا في الدنيا، ونجاتنا يوم الدين، فإن فيه ما ينفع الناس ويحفظ عليهم أمور معايشهم ويضبط لهم شؤون حياتهم؛ من أجل هذا كانت فكرة هذا البحث قائمة على دراسة هذه المشكلة وحلولها في ضوء القرآن الكريم وهو منهج شامل يرتكز على غرس المفاهيم المشجعة على العمل، الباعثة للأمل، مع الاستدلال بمواقف الأنبياء والمرسلين والصالحين في القصص القرآني بما تحمله هذه المواقف من دروس تحث على بذل الجهد، والسعي لعمارة الأرض. ثم تأتي التوجيهات القرآنية الدافعة للطاقة البشرية الكامنة، المشجعة لها على الانطلاق والسعي، والضرب في أرجاء الأرض لنيل البركة من الله تعالى، والاستفادة من خيرات هذا الكون الفسيح التي وضعت في ثناياه في انتظار من يشمر عن ساعد الجد لاستخراجها والظفر بخيراتها.
