|a يتمثل الهدف الرئيسي للبحث في تحديد محاور لتطوير بورصة الأوراق المالية المصرية في ظل العقبات الاقتصادية الحالية، كما تنبع أهمية الدراسة من أنها تلقي الضوء على أحد المجالات ذات التأثير على تنشيط التداول في البورصة المصرية وهي العقبات الاقتصادية الحالية والعقبات الخاصة بالبورصة المصرية، كما تساهم في تنشيط التداول في البورصة المصرية باعتبارها أحد أهم البورصات الناشئة والعربية على حد سواء، تساعد المستثمرين على اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية الرشيدة نتيجة التغلب على المعوقات التي تحول دون ذلك.\nوعلى ضوء ذلك تم تقسيم الدراسة إلى أربعة فصول حيث تناول الفصل الأول: الإطار المنهجي للبحث، الفصل الثاني: معوقات ومشاكل تطوير بورصة الأوراق المالية المصرية، الفصل الثالث: محاور تطوير سوق الأوراق المالية المصرية في ظل العقبات الحالية، والفصل الرابع: الدراسة الميدانية – النتائج والتوصيات ويتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في جميع المفردات التي تتعامل مع البورصة المصرية وبصفة خاصة شركات السمسرة وصناديق الاستثمار والمستثمرين المصريين والأجانب، وتم التركيز على عينة من مديري شركات السمسرة ومديري محافظ الاستثمار والمستثمرين الأفراد، حيث تم توزيع 108 استمارة استقصاء على أفراد العينة محل البحث جمع منهم 96 استمارة استقصاء.\nوخلصت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها أنه توجد عقبات تحول دون تطوير بورصة الأوراق المالية في البيئة المصرية الحالية، كما توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الحد من المعوقات الحالية وبين تطوير وتنشيط بورصة الأوراق المالية المصرية.\nكما قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: ضرورة بالمحاور المقترحة لمعالجة العقبات التي تحول دون تنمية سوق الأوراق المالية المصرية، تفعيل الرقابة المالية على سوق الأوراق المالية من الجهات الرقابية المختلفة، ضرورة الإسراع بسياسة الإصلاح الاقتصادي واتباع سياسة اقتصادية مشجعة لما لها من أثر مباشر على سوق الأوراق المالية، عمل برامج توعية في وسائل الإعلام المختلفة بأهمية الاستثمار في سوق الأوراق المالية.\n

|f The main objective of the research is to identify axes for the development of the Egyptian Stock Exchange in light of the current economic obstacles. The importance of the study also stems from the fact that it sheds light on one of the areas that affect the activation of trading on the Egyptian Stock Exchange, namely the current economic obstacles and obstacles to the Egyptian Stock Exchange. It also contributes to the activation of trading on the Egyptian Stock Exchange as one of the most important emerging and Arab exchanges alike, helping investors to make rational administrative decisions as a result of overcoming the obstacles to this.\nIn light of this, the study was divided into four chapters:\nChapter 1: The methodological framework for research.\nChapter 2: The obstacles and problems of developing the Egyptian Stock Exchange. \nChapter 3: The development of the Egyptian stock market in light of the current obstacles.\nChapter 4: Field Study — Findings and Recommendations\nThe study community is represented in all vocabulary dealing with the Egyptian Stock Exchange, especially brokerage companies, investment funds, and Egyptian and foreign investors. Emphasis was placed on a sample consisting of the managers of brokerage companies, investment portfolio managers, and individual investors. A total of 108 survey forms were distributed to the respondents in question, out of which 96 survey forms were collected.\nThe study concluded several findings, the most important of which include that there are obstacles to the development of the stock exchange in the current Egyptian environment. There is also a statistically significant relationship between the reduction of current constraints and the development and activation of the Egyptian Stock Exchange.\nThe study also made a series of recommendations, the most important of which are:\nThe need for the proposed axes to address the obstacles to the development of the Egyptian stock market; \nActivating the financial supervision of the stock market from the various regulatory authorities; \nThe need to accelerate the policy of economic reform and to pursue an encouraging economic policy given its direct impact on the stock market;\nTo create awareness programs in different media about the importance of investing in the stock market.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
