تسعى مصر جاهدة إلى تحقيق التنمية المنشودة، ولكي تتمكن مصر من تحقيق التنمية فلا بد من الاستخدام الرشيد الكفء للموارد المتاحة، ولا بد من الاستخدام الرشيد الكفء لعناصر الإنتاج، سواء كانت موارد طبيعية، أو موارد بشرية، أو موارد مالية، والمتتبع للأحداث والمتغيرات الاقتصادية لا تخفي عليه أزمة البطالة في مصر، فبدلاً من أن يصبح المورد البشري العامل الأساسي في عملية التنمية، أصبح المورد البشري عبئا ثقيلا على التنمية. ولا يخفي علينا الدور المهم للادخار المحلي في تحقيق التنمية المنشودة، ذلك أن هذا الادخار يتحول إلى استثمارات تعمل علي زيادة المشاريع الإنتاجية، مما يؤدي إلى إتاحة مزيد من فرص العمل، وبالتالي التخفيف من حدة البطالة. وتكمن أهمية هذا البحث في أنه يوضح العلاقة العكسية بين الادخار المحلي والبطالة في مصر، فمن خلال نتائج البحث أمكن معرفة أثر حجم الادخار المحلي على البطالة في مصر، مما يمكن صناع القرار من استخدام أداة تحكم – المدخرات المحلية – واعتبارها أحد العوامل المؤثرة على البطالة في مصر، وبالتالي يمكن اعتبار الادخار المحلي أحد المتغيرات التي تمكن من مواجهة أزمة البطالة في مصر.
Egypt is striving to achieve the desired development. In order for Egypt to achieve development, the efficient use of available resources must be made. The efficient use of the elements of production, whether natural resources, human resources or financial resources, and the follower of events and economic variables, the crisis of unemployment in Egypt is not hidden. Instead of the human resource becoming the main factor and the key to the development process, the human resource has become a heavy burden on development. We are aware of the important role of local savings in achieving the desired development. This saving is turning into investments that increase the productive projects, thus creating more jobs and thus reducing unemployment. Importance of this research is that it illustrates the inverse relationship between local savings and unemployment in Egypt. The results of the research show effect of size of the local savings on unemployment in Egypt, which enables decision makers to use the control tool – the local savings - and thus can be considered one of the effective factors on the unemployment in Egypt. Thus, the local saving is considered one of the variables that enable to face crisis of the unemployment in Egypt.
