المستخلص: حكى الإمام الرسعني في تفسيره جملة من الإجماعات في التفسير، وأسباب النزول، ونظرا إلى ما تقرر عند العلماء من أن حكاية الإجماع في قول من الأقوال تعد من باب الاجتهاد الذي يحتمل الصواب والخطأ، رغبت في جمع الإجماعات التي حكاها الإمام الرسعني أو نقلها عن غيره في التفسير ودراستها. في القسم الأول من الدراسة سلكت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، بدراسة ما يتعلق بالمؤلف، وكتابه، وتعريف الإجماع، وحجيته، ودواعي ذكر المؤلف للإجماع، وصيغ الإجماع. وفي القسم الثاني من الدراسة اتبعت منهج الاستقراء لمواضع الإجماع التي ذكرها المؤلف. وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، من أهمها: أن المؤلف أورد أربعة عشر إجماعا في التفسير وأسباب النزول، وبعد دراستها، وجدت إجماعين غير صحيحين، وأثنى عشر إجماعا صحيحا، وأن المؤلف لم يحك أي إجماع لم يسبق له، بل كل ما ذكره من الإجماعات قد سبقه إليه غيره. ومن أبرز توصيات البحث ما يلي: دراسة مصادر الرسعني في كتابه؛ فقد صرح بعدد كبير منها، ودراسة علوم القرآن عند الرسعني، ودراسة جهود الرسعني في رده على الفرق الضالة.

Imam Al-Rassani told in his interpretation of a number of consensus in the interpretation, and the reasons for the descent, due to what was decided by the scholars that the story of consensus in a saying is considered as an aspect of diligence, which is likely right and wrong, I wanted to collect the consensus that the Imam Al-Rassani told or transferred from others in the interpretation and study. In the first section of the study I followed the descriptive analytical approach, studying what is concerned with the author, his book, the definition of consensus, and its argument, and the reasons for the author to mention the consensus, and formulas of consensus. In the second section of the study, I followed the method of extrapolation to the areas of consensus mentioned by the author. This study has concluded a number of results, the most important of which are: 1- The author cited fourteen unanimity in interpretation and the reasons for the descent, and after studying, found two unanimous incorrect, and twelve unanimous valid. 2- That the author did not tell any unanimity he had not previously, but all of the unanimity he told has been preceded by others. The main recommendations of the research are the following: 1- Studying Alrasaani sources in his book; he has stated a large number of them. 2- To take care of the approach of Alrasaani in his presentation of doctrinal issues, especially what he put of independent chapters in his interpretation; to clarify the provisions contained in the verses, and the way it’s inferred by. 3- Studying the efforts of Alrasaani in his response to the lost teams.
