المستخلص: Talmanki (died in 429 H) one of the former scientists in drawing the Qura'an and the books that have been translated by him along his repute in this art and that he wrote a book in drawing the Qura'an. This book did not reach but it was present in the eighth century did not take this unique scientist share of A statement of his great efforts based on his scientific status in drawing the Qura'an came this research to know as Talmanki and its effects in the Ottoman drawing. This research aimed to follow what was quoted about Talmanki in the field of Ottoman drawing and the collection of his words and compare what the scholars of this art and the work stability in the drawing and the results of this research quoted. - The importance of Talmanki words in drawing to his place in this art and to the age of his era. - Talmanki is one of the first to mention the reasons for linguistic drawing. - The total collected by the research is twenty-nine different issues in drawing on Talmanki, including what is in the drawing modalities, including what is in the direction of graphic phenomena. - There are two books in drawing by Talmanki, one of which is attributed to him, which is: Al-Durr Al-Nazim in drawing the Qura'an; and the second is the Book of Response and Victory. - Talmanki interested in directing the phenomena of drawing, relying on language, readings and moral or semantic guidance. The research recommends following the words of the Talmanki in drawing the Qura'an, and searching for his books in the libraries of the world.

يعد الطلمنكي من العلماء السابقين في رسم المصاحف، وله باع طويل في هذا الفن؛ فقد ألف كتاباً في رسم المصحف، غير أن هذا الكتاب لم يصلنا، لكنه كان موجوداً في القرن الثامن، ولم يأخذ هذا العالم الفذ نصيبه من بيان جهوده الكبيرة التي ترتكز إلى مكانته العلمية في الرسم، فجاء هذا البحث ليعرف بالطلمنكي وآثاره في علم الرسم. ويهدف هذا البحث إلى تتبع ما نقل عنه في مجال علم رسم المصحف وجمعه، ومقارنته بأقوال علماء هذا الفن، وبما استقر عليه العمل، ومن نتائج هذا البحث: - تعود أهمية أقوال الطلمنكي في علم الرسم إلى مكانته في هذا الفن، وإلى قدم عصره؛ فهو سابق للشيخين: الداني وابن نجاح. - يعد الطلمنكي من أوائل من ذكر علل الرسم اللغوية. - بلغ مجموع ما جمعه البحث ثمانية وعشرين مسألة متنوعة في علم الرسم عن الطلمنكي، منها ما هو في كيفيات الرسم، ومنها ما هو في توجيه ظواهر الرسم، ومنها ما هو في الانتصار له. - للطلمنكي كتابان في علم الرسم، أحدهما نسب له تخميناً وهو: (الدر النظيم في رسم القرآن العظيم)، والآخر: كتاب (الرد والانتصار) ويغلب على الظن أنه في مجال الانتصار لرسم القرآن. - اهتم الطلمنكي بتوجيه ظواهر الرسم، معتمداً على التوجيه اللغوي، والتوجيه بالقراءات، والتوجيه المعنوي أو الدلالي
