اشترط نظام المحاماة فيمن يزاول مهنة المحاماة أن يكون اسمه مقيدا في جدول المحامين الممارسين، وبين المنظم إجراءات القيد في جدول المحامين الممارسين، وشروطه، للتحقق من صلاحية طالب القيد لمزاولة المهنة، وقدرته على المحافظة على مبادئ الشرف والنزاهة المهنية، كما أوضح الأحكام المتعلقة بالجهة المختصة بالقيد وهي لجنة قيد وقبول المحامين، فأوضح أحكام تشكيلها وانعقادها وقرارتها والتظلم ضد قرارتها بهدف تنظيم مهنة المحاماة، وعمل المحامين، والإشراف عليهم، لضمان تحقيق رسالة المحاماة باعتبارها عونا للقضاء في إحقاق الحق ورد المظالم، ولضمان الممارسة الصحيحة لمهنة المحاماة في الدفاع عن حقوق الغير بما يتوافق مع الأحكام الشرعية والأنظمة المرعية، والامتناع عن أي عمل يخل بكرامة المهنة. ويتناول هذا البحث أحكام القيد في جدول المحامين الممارسين في النظام السعودي، وذلك من خلال تمهيد أوضحت فيه تعريف جدول المحامين الممارسين ومشروعية المحاماة وتاريخها، ثم مبحثين تضمنا مطالبا، وقد كان المبحث الأول: في شروط الحامي، وهي شروط القيد في الجدول المحامين الممارسين، ومقارنة هذه الشروط بما ذكره الفقهاء، والمبحث الثاني: في أحكام لجنة قيد وقبول المحامين، وتشكيلها وقرارتها، وجداول أسماء المحامين، وحالات شطب اسم المحامي من جداول المحامين، ثم انتهى البحث بخاتمة تضمنت أهم النتائج والتوصيات المقترحة.
The legal profession law has put a condition for who practice the legal profession to be registered in the list of practicing lawyers, the organizer has specified the procedures for registering in the table of practicing lawyers, and its conditions, to verify the validity of the applicant to practice the profession, and his ability to maintain the principles of honor and professional integrity, he also explained the provisions relating to the competent authority of the registration, which is the committee for the registration and admission of lawyers, he explained the provisions of its formation, its convening, its decisions and the appeal against its decisions in order to regulate the legal profession, the work of lawyers, and super¬vising them to ensure the realization of the lawyer's mission as a help to the judiciary in realizing the right and the refute of grievances, and to ensure the proper practice of the legal profession in defending for the rights of others in accordance with the provisions of Sharia and applicable regulations, and refrain from any action that violates the dignity of the profession. This research deals with the provisions of registration in the table of the practicing lawyers in the Saudi Law, through a preface; where I clarified the definition, legality and history of legal profession, then two topics include two issues, the first topic was: about the conditions of the lawyer, the con¬ditions of registration in the table practicing lawyers, and comparing these conditions to what the jurists mentioned, the second topic was: about the provisions of the Committee for the registration and admission of lawyers, its composition and decisions, tables of the lawyers names, and the cases of removal of a lawyer's name from the lawyers table. The research ended with a conclusion of the most important findings and recommendations.
