حاولت في هذا البحث تتبع بدعة النسيء وبيان أن أصل نشأتها كان عند أصحاب الديانات الوثنية القديمة، ثم نقلها منهم أتباع الديانتين السماويتين اليهودية والنصرانية، حتى انتقلت إلى المشركين الذين بعث فيهم النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، وبينت في هذا البحث أن أصل التقاويم في الأديان السماوية الثلاثة كانت قمرية، تقوم على رؤية الهلال وتحديد الأزمنة والمواقيت الشرعية المتعلقة بذلك وفق الأهلة التي يرونها، لكن انحراف الناس عن الدين الصحيح وتحولهم من السنة القمرية والتاريخ بالهلال إلى السنوات الشمسية لتابعة وموافقة أصحاب الديانات الوثنية، قادهم إلى ابتداع بدعة النسيء؛ ليسدوا ثغرة الأيام بين عددها في التقويم الهجري مع التقويم الشمسي؛ إذ بالأول لا يستطيعون أن يعدلوا أو يغيروا في مواقيت الأعياد والأهلة وفق ما يأمر به أحبابهم ورهبانهم، ثم بينت بعد ذلك أن الحكم على النسيء بأنه بدعة يرتب عليها كفر ورد في الكتاب والسنة، وبينت مظاهر الكفر في هذه البدعة وفق ما قال به مفسرو القرآن الكريم. ثم خصصت المبحث الأخير في عرض شبهة من قالوا: إن النبي محمدا صلى الله عليه وسلم هو من ألغى النسيء لأنه في أصله موجود في كل الأديان قبل الإسلام، فعرضت هذه الشبهة، وعرضت أقوال القائلين بها، ثم بينت فساد هذه الشبهة. ومن أهم نتائج البحث: ١-التقويم القمري تقويم رباني سماوي توقيفي قديم قدم البشرية، وبه ينظم الناس مواقيتهم وعباداتهم وتقاويمهم، وهو الذي شرعه الله لخلقه. 2- الإبقاء على النسيء هو الذي يحقق المكاسب الدنيوية لا إلغاؤه كما يدعي أرباب الشبهة. 3- النسيء عند المشركين هو تبديل الأشهر الحرم مكان الأشهر الحلال؛ ليستحلوا ما حرم الله. 4- بدعة النسيء كانت نتيجة انحراف الناس عن دين الله، وتأثرهم وإقبالهم على الديانات الوثنية.
In this research, I tried to trace the heresy of An-Nasee (dubious postponement) and to show that it originated in the ancient pagan religions, and then inherited from them by the followers of the Jewish and Christian heavenly religions, until it was inherited by the pagans within whom the Prophet –peace and blessings upon him- was raised. In this research, it was established that the origin of the calendars in the three heavenly religions was lunar, based on the sighting of the crescent and the fixing of religious periods and timings related to this based the crescent they sight. However, people's deviation from the true religion and their shift from the Lunar Year and counting with crescent to the Solar Years in imitation of pagan religions led them to invent the heresy of An-Nasee, ostensibly to cover for the gap between the number of days in the Hijri calendar with the solar calendar, because with the former they cannot modify or change the times of the festivals as ordered by their rabbis and monks, and then I explained that ruling on An-Nasee that it is an invented heresy that leads to disbelief is found in the Qur‘aan and Sunnah and I explained the manifestations of disbelief in this heresy, according to the Quranic interpreters. Then I devoted the last part of the research to debunk the misconception of those who said that Prophet Muhammad –peace and blessings upon him- was the one who abolished the heresy of An-Nasee, because it has origin in all religions before Islam, so I discussed this misconception, and i explained how it is null and void. The findings of the research include: 1- The lunar calendar is a divine heavenly calendar that is as old as humanity, of which people organize their timings and religious rites and calendars with, it was the calendar prescribed by Allaah for His creatures. 2. It is the maintenance of An-Nasee that facilitates worldly gains, not its abolishment, as being claimed by people of misconception. 3. An-Nasee according to the pagans is to replace the sacred months in the place of the halal months, so that they may violate what Allaah has forbidden. 4. The heresy of An-Nasee was the result of people deviating from the religion of Allaah, their influence and their interest in pagan religions.
