العقيدة الإيمانية هي أول ما يطلب من المؤمن وعليها ينبني الدين وهي أول الأمر وآخره، وهي أساس العمل، وكل ما سواها من الأعمال مبنى عليها وتابع لها ولذلك فإن صلاح الأعمال رهين بحسن الاعتقاد. وقد اهتم المنهج القرآني اهتماما بالغا بإصلاح العقيدة وترسيخ جذورها وتحريرها من زيف الجمود، وتطهيرها من الأوهام والشبهات، ليجعل من العقيدة الصحيحة القوية انطلاقة لإصلاح كل مناحي الحياة، فالعقيدة الصحيحة هي التي تقدم للإنسان التفسير الصحيح الشامل للوجود الكوني والإنساني والانحراف في العقيدة ينشأ عنه انحراف في العبادات والعادات ويترتب على ذلك فساد في السلوك الاجتماعي. والعقيدة الصحيحة لا تتغير ولا تتبدل باختلاف الأنبياء والرسل، فالأصول الإيمانية واحدة في جميع الأديان السماوية. قال تعالى: (شَرَعَ لَكُمْ مِنَ الدِّينِ مَا وَصَّى بِهِ نُوحًا وَالَّذِي أَوْحَيْنَا إِلَيْكَ وَمَا وَصَّيْنَا بِهِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَمُوسَى وَعِيسَى أَنْ أَقِيمُوا الدِّينَ وَلَا تَتَفَرَّقُوا فِيهِ) واليهودية ديانة سماوية صحيحة جاءت بالتوحيد الخالص على يد نبي الله موسى -ج، ولكن القوم قد بحثوا في عقائدهم بعقولهم فضلوا وانحرفوا عن الطريق المستقيم، والسبب راجع في أنهم لم يعتمدوا في كلامهم على وحي الله السليم، فقد حرفوا التوراة وبدلوا فيها حسب هواهم، قال تعالى: (فَوَيْلٌ لِلَّذِينَ يَكْتُبُونَ الْكِتَابَ بِأَيْدِيهِمْ ثُمَّ يَقُولُونَ هَذَا مِنْ عِنْدِ اللَّهِ لِيَشْتَرُوا بِهِ ثَمَنًا قَلِيلًا فَوَيْلٌ لَهُمْ مِمَّا كَتَبَتْ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَوَيْلٌ لَهُمْ مِمَّا يَكْسِبُونَ). وقد أخذ التحريف في التوراة مظهرين: الأول: تحريف لفظي ويكون بأحد ثلاثة وجوه: بالتبديل أو بالزيادة أو بالنقصان. الثاني: تحريف معنوي وذلك بتغيير مدلولات الألفاظ وترجمتها إلى ما يوافق هواهم. قال تعالى: (فَبِمَا نَقْضِهِمْ مِيثَاقَهُمْ لَعَنَّاهُمْ وَجَعَلْنَا قُلُوبَهُمْ قَاسِيَةً يُحَرِّفُونَ الْكَلِمَ عَنْ مَوَاضِعِهِ وَنَسُوا حَظًّا مِمَّا ذُكِّرُوا بِهِ وَلَا تَزَالُ تَطَّلِعُ عَلَى خَائِنَةٍ مِنْهُمْ إِلَّا قَلِيلًا مِنْهُمْ فَاعْفُ عَنْهُمْ وَاصْفَحْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُحْسِنِينَ). إن اليهودية لا تصلح لإعطاء أي راغب في معرفة العقيدة الصحيحة وأصول الإيمان السليمة، لذا لم يبق إلا الإسلام فهو وحده القادر على العطاء الدائم من أصول ثابتة لا أباطيل فيها ولا تحريف وهو كفيل بأن يحقق للإنسان ما ينشده من ارتقاء وما يرجوه من كمال ورفعة، قال تعالى: (يَا أَهْلَ الْكِتَابِ قَدْ جَاءَكُمْ رَسُولُنَا يُبَيِّنُ لَكُمْ كَثِيرًا مِمَّا كُنْتُمْ تُخْفُونَ مِنَ الْكِتَابِ وَيَعْفُو عَنْ كَثِيرٍ قَدْ جَاءَكُمْ مِنَ اللَّهِ نُورٌ وَكِتَابٌ مُبِينٌ (15) يَهْدِي بِهِ اللَّهُ مَنِ اتَّبَعَ رِضْوَانَهُ سُبُلَ السَّلَامِ وَيُخْرِجُهُمْ مِنَ الظُّلُمَاتِ إِلَى النُّورِ بِإِذْنِهِ وَيَهْدِيهِمْ إِلَى صِرَاطٍ مُسْتَقِيمٍ).
Belief in faith is the first requirement from a believer (Mo’emin). Religion is based on it. It is the first and last matter. It is also the basis of work. Anything else is built on it and is subordinate to it. Therefore, the goodness of deeds is subject to good belief. Qur’anic method emphasized belief reform, confirmed it and freed it from fallacy, falsehood and illusionary rigidity. All this was made in order to make authentic strong belief the base for launching an outset to reform all aspects of life. A proper belief gives man the right comprehensive explanation for universal and human existence. Deviation from proper belief causes a deviation worship and habits which leads to corruption in social conduct. Proper belief does not change or alter with different prophets and messengers. Origins of faith are the same in all heavenly revelations and religions. Allah (Subhanahu Wata’la) says in sura"42, verse 13":(The same religion has He established for you as that which He enjoined on Noah- the which we have sent by inspiration to thee and that which we enjoined on Abraham, Moses and Jesus. Namely that ye should remain steadfast in religion and make no divisions there in.) Judaism is an authentic, heavenly religion which came with pure belief in the oneness of Allah revealed to prophet of Allah,"Moses"-peace be upon him- but Jews searched with their minds in beliefs so they went astray and were misled and deviated from the right path. The reason behind this is that they did not depend on the revelation of Allah, they altered and distorted the Torah according to their like. Allah Sub.W.Tala’ says in "sura 2, verse 79":(Then woe to those who write the Book with their own hands, and then say: "This is from Allah(God)"to traffic with it for a miserable price! Woe to them for what their hands do write, and for the gain they make thereby.) Distortion in Torah (Old Testament) took two forms: - THE FIRST ONE: A verbal distortion. It is done in one of three aspects: by alteration, addition or reduction. - THE SECOND ONE: A distortion in meaning or sense by altering meanings of words and interpreting them by twisting meanings according to their wishes. Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala) says: "in sura 5, verse 14"(But because of their breach of their covenant, We cursed them, and made their hearts grow hard; They change the words from their right places and forget a good part of the message that was sent them, nor wilt thou cease to find them- barring a few-ever bent on (new) deceits, but forgive them and overlook (their misdeeds) for God loveth those who are kind). Judaism is not qualified to give any person willing to know the genuine belief and basics of faith. So Islam alone is the only religion that is able to be a permanent source of truth based on firm fundamentals without any distortions nor fallacies. Islam is the only reliable religion which can realize what man aspires of advancement and what he hopes of perfection and glory. Allah subhanahu says: in "sura 5, verses 16, 17" (There hath come to you our Apostle, revealing to you much that ye used to hide in the Book, and passing over much "That is now unnecessary”. There hath come to you from God a (new) light and a perspicuous Book, where with God guideth all who seek His good pleasure to ways of peace and safety, and leadth them out of darkness, by His Will, unto thee light-guideth them to a path that is straight).
