المستخلص: ضمن الإسلام الحقوق الضرورية للإنسان والتي لا تستقيم الحياة بدونها، بغض النظر عن ديانة هذا الإنسان، وأيا كانت انتماءاته وأيا كان عرقه ومذهبه، وسواء وجد في دار الإسلام أم في دار أخرى. وتعتبر هذه الحقوق الحصن المنيع للإنسان ليعيش في المجتمع بشكل أمن ودائم بحثا عن التعايش السلمي والحضاري بعيدا عن الخطر والخوف، حيث أن الهيئة تحمي حقوق الإنسان أيا كان صاحب هذه الحقوق وترجمت ذلك من خلال تعايشها مع مختلف الجنسيات والديانات وكلنا يعلم أن للحضارة مكونات تبنى عندما تتضافر الجهود وتحمى الحقوق وتنهار هذه الحضارة عندما يختفي التعايش السلمي والحضاري والإخاء والمساواة ويتم الاعتداء على الحقوق. من هذا المنطلق جاءت فكرة الدراسة المطروحة للتحدث عن معالم التعايش الحضاري الذي تقوم به المملكة العربية السعودية من خلا ل إنشائها هيثة حقوق الإنسان وحماية حقوق الإنسان لكل من وجد على أراضيها من مواطنين ومقيمين ومنع الاعتداء عليها، بل محاسبة من اعتدى بمجرد إثبات هذا الاعتداء حيث يعد إنشاء الهيئة معلم من معالم التعايش الحضاري ويتضح ذلك من خلال نظام الهيئة وخصوصا في أهدافها التي تسعى لتطبيق الحقوق التي أقرها الإسلام والتي تكفل قيم الاعتدال والتعايش الحضاري مع الأخر داخل وخارج المملكة عن طريق إبرامها العديد من الصكوك الإقليمية والدولية.

In this sense, the idea of the drama came to talk about the milestones of civilized coexistence that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is doing by establishing the Human Rights and Protection of Human Rights Commission for all citizens and residents Preventing assaults on them, but holding accountable those who assaulted by simply proving this assault, as after the establishment of the commission is a milestone of civilizational coexistence, and this is clear through the authority’s system, especially in its goals that seek to implement the rights approved by Islam and that guarantee the values of moderation Al-Hadari lived with the other inside and outside the Kingdom by concluding many regional and international instruments.
