لم يكن الانحراف وليد عصر معين، أو ظاهرة سادت في مجتمع ما، بل هو موجود طالما هناك إنسان مكنون بغرائز تحمله عليه، وتدله عليه، وهذه الغرائز تطغى تارة وتضمحل أخرى وفقا لوجود العقل السليم الذي وجد بوجود تلك الغرائز التي أودعت معا في الإنسان من أزلية وجوده، قال تعالى: (فَأَلْهَمَهَا فُجُورَهَا وَتَقْوَاهَا) [سورة الشمس:8]، وهذه إشارة إلى الوجودين المصارعين منذ الوجود وحتى الفناء، ولعل الأخطر فتكا في المجتمعات هو الانحراف الفكري؛ لأن صاحبه يظل الحق لا لأنه مظل أو يقصد الظلال، بل مظنة منه بأنه يحسن ما يريد، يطلب الله فيصيب الشيطان، ويقصد الحق فيدرك الباطل، فالمتصدي لعلاج هكذا أمراض يصعب جدا عليه إبرائها من سقمها، فموت الفكر ممات الإنسان قبل أجله، وهذا ما ابتلى به المجتمع الذي عاصره الإمام الباقر عليه السلام من انحراف كبير على مستوى الفكر والمعرفة، انتشرت في عصره عليه السلام الملاحدة والزنادقة والمرجئة والمعطلة وغيرهم، فلم يتوان عنهم بل تصدى له بكل إصرار وحكمة، وجادلهم بأكمل دليل وقدم لهم أكبر برهان في تلك المحاججات فكان على قدر من الفن في أدائها وأمهر متداول في إقامتها، فحري بالباحث أن يسلط الضوء على تلك المجادلات لإبراز الجهد المعرفي لقيمتها الفكرية، فكانت هذه النقطة هي مدار بحثي الذي أوسمته بـ (بنسق الانحراف الفكري في عصر الإمام الباقر عليه السلام- دراسة تداولية) لعلي أن أوفق في بيان تلك الصفحات المشرقة من تلك الحقبة التي سادتها الانفراج السياسي وخيم عليها الانحراف الفكري بكل جوانبه وآلياته.
The deviation wasn’t a certain era, or a visible phenomenon in a society, but it exists as long as there is human enabled instincts bear it, and evidence by, these instincts are appeared sometimes and disappeare at other times in accordance with the existence of the true mind, which was found by the existence of these instincts that have deposited with human in eternal existence, the Almighty said:((And its enlightenment as to its wrong and its right)) [surat Al- shams: 8]‘this reference to the two existences wrestlers from the existence until the courtyard, perhaps the most deadly in societies is the intellectual deviation, because its owner loses the right way not because he bad or intended to be bad, but he believes that he does right, good means evil work, the person who wants to treat such diseases is very difficult for him to heal it, so the death of thought is the death of human before its time, and this what was the society plagued by in the era of Imam Al-Baqir (P.B.U.H) and plagued by major deviation in thought and knowledge, The Mulahidih, Zanadiqih, Marjiih, AI-maetilih and others was spreaded in Al-Baqir’s era, he didn’t hesitate, but he faced them with all his determination and wisdom, he argued them with evidences and gave them the greates proof in those arguments which was a measure of art in the performance and he was very skillful in implementation it, the researcher should shed light on these arguments to highlight the cognitive effort for its intellectual value, so this point was my reaserch orbit which its title (Patterns of intellectual deviation in Imam Al- Baqir’s era -a deliberative study) I hope I will succeded in clarifying these pages that are bright from that era, the political detent was common and overshadowed by intellectual deviation in all its aspects and mechanisms.
