|a يتطرق هذا المقال إلى قوة المعلومة وآثارها على قانون الحصول على المعلومات في ظل التحولات التكنولوجية التي يعرفها المجتمع على مستوى تداول المعلومة وتشاركها على نطاق واسع، فإذا كانت المؤسسات العمومية هي التي تتولى إصدار المعلومات وإنتاج السياسات العمومية منها قانون حق الحصول على المعلومات فان السياقات الجديدة المفعمة بالتحولات أدت إلى بزوغ دورا لأفراد للمشاركة في هذه العملية.\nوبذلك، يحاول تقديم تحليل علمي لتفاعل المعلومة وقانون حق الحصول عليها من خلال محورين، يتعلق أولهما بتحول المعلومة وأثارها على قانون حق الحصول على المعلومة فيما يقارب المحور الثاني مساهمة المعلومة في احترام قانون حق الحصول على المعلومة.\n

|f This article discusses the power of information and its implications for access to information act in light of technological shifts known to society at the level of information circulation and sharing it widely.
