المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مدى تحسين دور القيادات المدرسية على ضوء نموذج القيادة الإبداعية للرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم، والتعرف على مفهوم القيادة الإبداعية، وكذلك مفهوم وخصائص وأهمية الهدي النبوي، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي الذي ينصب على ظاهرة من الظواهر بقصد تشخيصها وكشف جوانبها وتحديد العلاقات بين عناصرها، أو بينها وبين ظواهر أخرى، واستخدم الباحث أداة الدراسة "الاستبانة"، وبلغ إجمالي العينة (100) من المشرفين التربويين بمنطقة عسير، وقد بلغ المتوسط الحسابي للمحور الأول: واقع القيادات المدرسية للقيادة الإبداعية في ضوء الهدي النبوي (3.67) هذا يدل على وجود علاقة بين واقع القيادة المدرسية والهدي النبوي لأن المتوسط الحسابي العام أكبر من المستوى القياسي 3. وقد بلغ المتوسط الحسابي للمحور الثاني: متطلبات تحسين القيادات المدرسية للقيادة الإبداعية في ضوء الهدي النبوي (3.7) هذا يدل على وجود علاقة بين متطلبات تحسين القيادات المدرسية وفي ضوء الهدي النبوي؛ لأن المتوسط الحسابي العام أكبر من المستوى القياسي 3. -تنظيم مؤتمرات دولية وإقليمية ومحلية لتحسين دور القيادات المدرسية في ضوء الهدي النبوي، من أجل الاستفادة من خبرات وتجارب الآخرين. -إنشاء دائرة أو قسم خاص للقيادة الإبداعية في الإدارات التعليمية للإشراف ولتطوير مهارات القيادات الإدارية. -إعداد دورات تدريبية للمدراء والمشرفين والمعلمين عن تطبيق القيادة الإبداعية في الإدارات، حيث إن الحصول الدورات يساعد على صقل التجربة وتطويرها. -تفعيل دور وسائل الإعلام في إلقاء الضوء على أهمية تحسين دور القيادات المدرسية في ضوء الهدي النبوي. -الاهتمام بمراكز البحوث العلمية التي تدور حول تحسين القيادة الإبداعية، والاستفادة من نتاجات هذه المراكز البحثية بالجامعات والمعاهد المتخصصة.

This study aims at identifying the Improvement of the role of school leaderships in light of the Messenger's - peace be upon him - model of creative leadership, identifying the concept of creative leadership, and also the concept, characteristics, and importance of the prophetic guidance. The researcher adopted the descriptive survey methodology that focus on a phenomenon to analyze, reveal its aspects and determine the relations between its elements, or between it and other phenomena. In addition, the researcher used a questionnaire as the study tool. The sample is composed of (100) educational supervisors in Asir region. The average rate of the first axis: The reality of the school leaderships for creative leadership on the basis of the prophetic guidance reached (3.67), this indicates the relationship between the school leadership and the prophetic guidance because the general average rate is bigger than the standard level 3. The average rate of the second axis: Requirements of the improvement of the school leadership of the creative leadership on the basis of the prophetic guidance reached (3.7), this indicates that there is a relationship between the requirements of the improvement of the school leaderships and the basis of the prophetic guidance because the general average rate is bigger than the standard level 3. The researcher reached a number of recommendations, some of which are: -The organization of international, regional and local conferences to improve the school leaderships in light of the prophetic guidance, in order benefit from the experiences and experiments of others. -Establishment of a department or special section for creative leadership in the educational departments to supervise and develop the skills of administrative leaders. -Prepare training courses for managers, supervisors and teachers on the application of creative leadership in the departments, as access to courses helps to refine the experience and developing it. -Activating the role of the media in shedding light on the importance of improving the role of school leaders in the light of the Prophetic guidance. -Paying attention to the centers of scholarly research on improving creative leadership, and benefiting from the results of these research centers in universities and specialized institutes.
