المستخلص: يتكون بحث مرويات أي زياد الكلابي (ت: 200ه) من مقدمة؛ اشتملت على دوافع البحث، وأهمها علو منزلة أي زياد العلمية وكونه مصدرا من مصادر اللغة، واعتمد الباحث في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي، وبعد المقدمة التمهيد؛ الذي بين فيه الباحث امتداد فصاحة أهل بحد وقتاً طويلاً ومنهم بنو كلاب الذين أخذ علماء اللغة عن خلق كثير منهم، وبعد التمهيد ثلاثة مباحث؛ المبحث الأول في نسب أي زياد ونشأته، والفرق بين الكلابي والكلبي، والحديث عن القبيلة التي نشأ فيها، وكان راعياً لإبله في نجد، ولم يكن في بادية العراق كما ذكر أهل الدراسات السابقة، ثم انتقاله في أواخر حياته إلى العراق في خلافة المهدي، وجمعه مجلس الرشيد بسيبويه والكسائى، ثم المبحث الثاني وفيه بيان منزلة أبي زياد العلمية وأدبه وأخلاقه، وتقدم العلماء له واعترافهم بفضله وذكر من روى عنه بالسماع من العلماء وإيراد شواهد لمروياتهم عنه وسماعهم منه، ثم المبحث الثالث وفيه الحديث عن مصنفات أي زياد واعتماد العلماء عليها وتناقلها بالرواية وإيداعهم مصنفاتهم نقولا منها، وفيه كذلك الحديث عن شعر أي زياد وما وصلنا منه، ثم نتائج البحث والتوصيات، وأهم النتائج أن أبا زياد ليس من أعراب بادية العراق كما اعتقد المترجمون له، وإنما حياته الأولى كانت في نحد، كما تضح من مروياته، واهم التوصيات جمع مرويات أبي زياد. وكذلك الاعتناء بالأعراب الرواة الذين يمثلون مصادر اللغة.

This research is about the narratives of Abu Ziyaad Al-Kilaabi (died: 200 AH). It consists of an introduction, which included the motives of the research, the most important of which is the high scholastic status of Abu Ziyaad and his being one of the language references. The researcher relied on a descriptive approach. After the introduction, the researcher explained the extent of the eloquence of the people of Najd for a long time, including the sons of Kilaab, from whom the language scholars benefited, after the preface comes three chapters; the first chapter: focuses on Abu Ziyaad's lineage and origin, the difference between Kilaabi and Al-Kalbi, a discussion about the tribe in which he grew up, he was a shepherd of his camels in Najd, and was not in the desert of Iraq as mentioned by the researchers of the previous studies, he later moved at the end of his life to Iraq during the caliphate of the Mahdi, he then joint Sibawaih and Al Kisaae Ar-Rasheed's panel. The second chapter: which explained the scholastic status of Abu Ziyaad, his ethics and good conduct, the appreciation of the scholars and acknowledgments, a mention of those who narrated from him by hearing amongst the scholars, mentioning the evidence of their narratives and hearings from him. The third chapter: talked about the works of Abu Ziyaad and the dependence of the scholars on them and its transmission by narrating and citing it in their works, it also included a discussion of Abu Ziyaad's poetry and what reached us from it, and then the results of the research and recommendations, the most important findings included: that Abu Ziyaad is not one of the Iraq Bedouins, as mentioned by some narrators, His first life was in Najd, as it was clear from his narratives, and the most important recommendations were the collection of Abu Ziyad narratives. As well as taking care of the Bedouin narrators who represent the source of the language.
