|a هذا البحث يتناول جانباً من قضية العامل النحوي التي شغلت النحاة قديما وحديثا، ولا زالت تشغل حيزاً من اهتمامهم. فقد قامت حولها دراسات متنوعة تناولت مفهوم نظرية العامل وأسسها وأصولها وقواعدها المنظمة لها، وكذلك وجهة نظر النحاة فيها وتفسيرهم لها وموقفهم منها. ومع كثرة هذه البحوث إلا أننا لم نجد من بينها من اهتم بمسألة "زوال الاختصاص"، لذا كان اختيار هذه المسألة محاولة للتعريف بها؛ لحاجة الدرس النحوي لها؛ إذ تعد جزءا من نظرية العامل التي تمثل العمود الفقري للدراسات النحوية، وتعالج الدراسة الشروط اللازم توافرها لعمل العوامل على اختلاف أنواعها. فتناولت شرط اختصاص العامل للعمل في معموله، وزوال اختصاص العامل بعامله موضحة مظاهر ذلك الزوال وكاشفة عن أسبابه ومفسرة له وما قد يترتب عليه من نتائج، وأثر ذلك كله في بناء القاعدة النحوية أضف إلى هذا التأكيد على أهمية نظرية العامل ومدى دقتها وما تميزت به من مرونة ناسبت طبيعة اللغة العربية، ومن ثم دفع شبهة اتهامها بالجمود، فقد وجدنا عوامل تعمل وأخرى يبطل عملها وثالثة قد يتعطل عملها لعارض ثم يعود كما تبين وجود أسباب متنوعة وراء ذلك كله، منها: ضعف العامل، أو فقده شرطاً من شروط الإعمال، أو زوال اختصاصه بمعموله الذي يرجع هو الآخر لعدة أسباب سوف يكشف عنها البحث.

|b This research deals with some of the issue related to the grammatical factor, which has gained the interest of the grammarians of the past and the present, and it still continues to gain their interest. There are several studies around the theory of the grammatical factor and its foundations, roots, causes and the rules applicable it, as well as the grammarians' point of view, their interpretation of it and their attitude towards it. Despite the large number of such studies, we did not find any of them giving the due attention to the issue of "removal of prerogative", this is why this topic was chosen with an attempt to identify them; due to their significance in Grammar lessons; because the theory of [grammatical] factor is one of the concepts that form the backbone of grammatical studies. The study deals with the conditions required for the function of various types of [grammatical] factors. It also discusses condition of a factor being prerogative for it to function, also the removal of the prerogative of grammatical factor from functioning was enumerated with the manifestations of this removal and its causes and its interpretation, and what could be the outcome of such removal, and its impact on the building of a grammatical rule. This is in addition to reiterating the importance of the concept of [grammatical] factor, its sensitivity and its characteristic flexibility, which conforms with the nature of Arabic language; hence, debunking the suspicion of the language being a stagnant one. We found factors that function and others that invalidate this functioning and a third one that may not function due to an anomalous situation but may later return to its functions. Also, it became clear what might have led to the mentioned situations, this include: the weakness of the factor, or not fulfilling one of its conditions for functioning, or the removal of its prerogative to function on its objects, the last cause also has several causes which the paper shall reveal.
