الوسطية: سمة أصلية في الشريعة الإسلامية وتعني الاعتدال في الالتزام بالمنهج الأقوم الذي هو وسط بين الغلو والتقصير أو بين طرفين هما الإفراط والتفريط وهي من مزايا هذه الأمة والإسلام قائم على الوسطية وهي إحدى خصائصه الكبرى ودعائمه الأساسية وهو دين واحد كما قال تعالى: (وَمَنْ يَبْتَغِ غَيْرَ الْإِسْلَامِ دِينًا فَلَنْ يُقْبَلَ مِنْهُ وَهُوَ فِي الْآَخِرَةِ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ) سورة آل عمران: 85. وعليه فليس في دين الله إسلام وسطي وآخر غيره إنما المغايرة تكون في حق من يطبقه ويلتزم بأحكامه ففعله يوصف بالاعتدال والوسطية والاستقامة أو بالإفراط والتفريط. ويتكون هذا البحث من مقدمة وأربعة مباحث وخاتمة وهي على النحو التالي: المبحث الأول: تعريف الخطاب لغة وشرعاً. المبحث الثاني: أنواع الخطاب وسماته. المبحث الثالث: خصائص الخطاب الوسطي. المبحث الرابع: واقع الخطاب الوسطي مع متغيرات العصر (مكامن الضعف). المبحث الخامس: ضوابط الخطاب الوسطي. وفي ختام البحث أوصى الباحث بـ: 1. التأكيد على عظيم دور المؤسسات الدينية في تأهيل العلماء والدعاة والمعلمين الذين يتصدرون لتعليم الناس أمور دينهم ودنياهم وضرورة تطوير هذه المؤسسات بما يلبي مقتضيات العصر ويحافظ على الثوابت. 2. يناشد الباحث وسائل الإعلام النظر بعين الحق والإنصاف للخطاب الإسلامي الوسطي والتوقف عن تحشيد الجهود لمحاربة الإسلام وإخافة الناس منه فهم السبب الرئيسي لظاهر الإسلاموفوبيا. 3. يؤكد الباحث بأهمية إنشاء مراكز بحثية تهتم بقضايا الوسطية والاعتدال، وضرورة تشجيع البحوث والدراسات وعقد المؤتمرات والندوات وورش العمل التي تبحث في هذه القضية وتضع لها الوسائل والحلول المناسبة.

This research consists of an introduction, four topics, and a conclusion, as follows: The first topic: definition of speech language and Sharia. The second topic: types of speech and its features. The third topic: The characteristics of the intermediate discourse. The fourth topic: The reality of the intermediate discourse with the variables of the age (weaknesses). The fifth topic: controls the middle speech. At the conclusion of the research, the researcher recommended: 1. Great emphasis on the role of religious institutions in qualifying scholars, preachers, and teachers who take the lead in teaching people about their faith and their worldly affairs, and the need to develop these institutions to meet the requirements of the times and preserve the principles. 2. The researcher appeals to the media to look with the right and fairness of the moderate Islamic discourse and to stop mobilizing efforts to fight Islam and intimidate people from it, understanding the main cause of the phenomenon of Islamophobia. 3. The researcher stresses the importance of establishing research centers concerned with issues of moderation and moderation, and the need to encourage research and studies and to hold conferences, seminars and workshops that examine this issue and put in place appropriate means and solutions.
