المستخلص: يعد التفسير والتأويل من أهم القضايا التي أسالت حبر الكثيرين قديما، فلا يخفى علي الدارس الجهود التي بذلها العرب القدامى- على اختلاف اتجاهاتهم وتباين آرائهم- في إرساء أسس هذين العلمين سيما وأنهما قد ارتبطا أشد الارتباط بالنص الديني، ولم يكن ذلك الاهتمام حكرا على القدامى فحسب إذ نجد الكثير من المحدثين قد أدلوا بدلائهم فيهما بعدما استفادوا من جهود القدامى التي تعد ضوابط تحد حدود هذين العلمين، حتى أن بعضا منهم قد زاد فيهما تأثرا بالدراسات اللغوية الحديثة ذات الطابع الفلسفي. ولأهمية هذا الموضوع جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية الموسومة بـ: "بين التفسير والتأويل والهيرمينوطيقا: دراسة في المصطلح" نبحث من خلالها عن مفهوم مصطلح التأويل، ومدى قربه وبعده عن مصطلح التفسير ائتلافا واختلافا، لنكشف العلاقة الجامعة بينهما باعتبار أنهما يحضران في قراءة أي نص كان شرعيا أم أدبيا لإظهار جهود القدامى في وضع لبنة علم التأويل من جهة، ومن جهة أخرى إظهار اختلاف مفهوم التأويل عند المتقدمين والمتأخرين، كما أردنا من خلال هذه الورقة الوقوف على مصطلح آخر برز عند الغرب الذين تأثروا بفلسفة التأويل، التي ظهرت بمصطلح الهيرمنوطيقا، لذا أخذنا على عاتقنا مهمة إظهار تقاطع مصطلح التأويل عند العرب، بمصطلح الهيرموطيقا عند الغرب. ومن هنا كان لنا هذا التساؤل: ما الفرق بين التفسير والتأويل عند المتقدمين والمتأخرين؟، وما علاقة مصطلح التأويل بمصطلح الهيرمنوطيقا؟

Interpretation and explanation of terminology are considered as being the most important issues that have captured the interests of many people in the past. No one can deny the efforts that Arabs made -despite their different opinions- in order to lay the foundations of these science because they more closely related to the religious text. Many Modernists have also shown their interest in these sciences after they benefited from the efforts of the previous scholars which are considered as limits that control these sciences. Some of the scholars have been also influenced by modern linguistic studies of a philosophical nature. The subject presented in this paper entitled: "Between Interpretation, Explanation of terminology and Herminutica: A Study in the Term" in which we explore the concept of the term "interpretation" and its proximity and distance from "Explanation of Terminology” or to demonstrate the efforts of the ancient scholars in the construction of the brick of the science of interpretation on the one hand, and on the other to show the difference of the concept of interpretation of the early and the recent scholars, as we wanted through this paper to stand on another term that emerged in the West who were influenced by the philosophy of interpretation, which emerged in the term Hermann A, so we take upon ourselves the task of showing the intersection of the term interpretation of the Arabs, the term Alheirmutbaka in the west. Hence, we suggested this question: What is the difference between interpretation and interpretation of the early and the late scholars? And what is the relationship of the term interpretation to the term Hermnotika?
