المستخلص: إن نظرية العدالة عند جون رولز مشروع تكميلي وتواصلي لمسار الحداثة والأنوار، ودمج للفلسفة الأخلاقية داخل المنظومة السياسية الغربية التي أضحت تعيش حالة من غياب البعد الأخلاقي في التعاملات اليومية بين الأفراد داخل المؤسسات السياسية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية، والتي سيطر عليها مبدأ النفعية فصار الإنسان وسيلة لا غاية وأضحينا نعيش وفق مبدأ (الإنسان من أجل الاقتصاد) بدل فكرة (الاقتصاد من أجل الإنسان). لقد استطاع جون رولز من خلال مبادئ العدالة أن يكشف الخطر الذي يمكن أن يهدم أسس أي منظومة سياسية مهما كانت قدرتها على إنتاج الرفاهية إذا لم تستطع في الوقت عينه أن تجمع كل أفراد المجتمع بداخل مفهومها، حيث رفض رولز التضحية ولو بالقليل من أفراد المجتمع على حساب تحقيق المنافع ومراكمتها. إن قيمة الإنسان بالنسبة لـ جون رولز هي قيمة القيم، والعدالة هي الفضيلة الأولى التي من شأنها أن تمنحه شعوره بوجوده الأصيل الذي يكون فيه هو الحاكم وفي نفس الوقت المحكوم. فمبادئ العدالة التي اقترحها رولز كأسلوب لاستمرارية النظام السياسي الليبرالي كشرعية دستورية جماعية يخضع لها كل الأطراف داخل الجسد السياسي، تنعكس ضمنياً داخل البنية الأساسية للمجتمع حيث تطرح مبادئ العدالة نفسها داخل المؤسسات والهياكل السياسية والاجتماعية في أشكال متعددة، والتي تفضي إلى إحلال السلم والعيش المشترك ضمن قيم الوحدة والتضامن بين الجميع.

The value of man to Rawls is the value of values, and justice is the first virtue that would give him the sense of his inherent existence, in which he is the ruler and at the same time governed. The principles of justice proposed by Rawls as a method of continuity of the liberal political system as a collective constitutional legitimacy for all parties within the political body are implicitly reflected within the basic structure of society where the principles of justice themselves are presented within the institutions and political and social structures in the forms , which is conducive to the establishment of peace and coexistence within the values of unity and solidarity among all.
