المستخلص: لقد فرضت التغييرات -خاصة التكنولوجية -استحداث نظم إدارية جديدة؛ لعل من أبرزها: نظم المعلومات الإدارية، التي تسعى كافة المؤسسات -ومنها المؤسسات الجامعية-إلى تطبيقها، لذلك أنشئت وحدات نظم المعلومات الإدارية؛ لدعم وظائف الجامعة كلها في اتخاذ القرارات، وعمليات التعليم لجميع الجهات المستفيدة، لذلك كان لابد من التطرق إلى أهداف وحدة نظم المعلومات الإدارية بالجامعات ووظائفها، ومكونات وحدة نظم المعلومات الإدارية بالجامعات، ومتطلبات تصميم وحدة نظم المعلومات الإدارية بالمؤسسات الجامعية. وانطلاقا من أهمية نظم المعلومات الإدارية خاصة في ظل التغييرات التكنولوجية، وسعي وزارة التعليم العالي إلى إنشاء وحدات لنظم المعلومات الإدارية في الجامعات المصرية، وانطلاقا من ضرورة التطوير المستمر، والعناية بتلك الوحدات؛ الأمر الذي يتطلب دراسة الواقع النظري والميداني لوحدة نظم المعلومات الإدارية بكلية التربية -جامعة الإسكندرية؛ للتعرف على نواحي القوة للعمل على تعزيزها، ونواحي الضعف للعمل على إصلاحها؛ باعتبارها الإطار الذي من خلاله تحقق نظم المعلومات الإدارية أهدافها بالكلية، للسعي نحو وضع بنية تنظيمية مقترحة لتطوير وحدة نظم المعلومات الإدارية بالكلية.

The changes - especially technological -have imposed the development of new administrative systems; perhaps the most prominent of them are Management information systems that all institutions - including university institutions - to implement, Therefore, the administrative information systems units were established to support all university functions in decision-making, And education operations for all beneficiaries, so it was necessary to address the objectives and functions of the administrative information systems in universities, And the components of the administrative information systems unit in universities, and the requirements for designing the administrative information systems unit in university institutions. And based on the importance of management information systems, especially in light of technological changes, the Ministry of Higher Education has sought to establish units of management information systems in Egyptian universities and based on the need for continuous, Which requires studying the theoretical and field reality of the Unit of Administrative Information Systems at the Faculty of Education- Alexandria University; to know the strengths, to work to strengthen them, And weaknesses to work to reform them, as it is the framework through which management information systems achieve their goals entirely, To seek to develop a proposed organizational structure, to develop the administrative information systems unit in the college.
