المستخلص: يعتبر الأمن والاستقرار من أعظم نعم الله تبارك وتعالى على البشرية جمعاء، فالأمن هو حجر الزاوية الذي يرتكز عليه التقدم والتنمية في جميع المجالات ولأهمية هذه النعمة العظيمة فقد حوى القرآن الكريم على العشرات من الآيات التي وردت فيها مادة "الأمن" أو مشتقاتها، كما حوت السيرة النبوية وسيرة أهل البيت عليهم السلام الكثرة الكاثرة من الروايات حول مفهوم "الأمن" وأهميته في ازدهار ورخاء المجتمعات و"رفاهية العيش" كما جاء في الأثر عن سيد الأوصياء الإمام عليّ عليه السلام.
وبناء على تلك المعطيات اهتمت مدرسة الإمام الباقر عليه السلام في ظل الرعب وأجواء التنكيل والتعسف والاستبداد الذي فرضته حكومة بني أمية على العباد عامة وعلى أهل البيت عليهم السلام وأتباعهم خاصة، بتوفير "الأمن" لمواليهم وأنصارهم عبر تربيتهم وتنشئتهم على المعارف القرآنية والسنة النبوية الشريفة، حفاظا عن الشريعة الإسلامية والدفاع عنها من التشويه والطمس والانحراف من قبل بني أمية وأبواقها. وفي لحظة الاستبداد المطلق قام الإمام الباقر عليه السلام عبر "خطرات أمنية" مدروسة بنقل الصراع من المواجهة المسلحة إلى المواجهة السلمية، والدعوة إلى الإصلاح السياسي، والاجتماعي، والوقوف بوجه التيارات الهدامة وحماية المسيرة الإسلامية من كيد الأعداء، والمتربصين للإيقاع باتباع مدرسة أهل البيت عليهم السلام وتصفيتهم، ودعم الثورات في وجه الطغاة. وفي نهاية المطاف أثمرت تلك الخطوات المباركة بتسريع وتيرة انهيار وسقوط بني أمية في غضون سنين على يد العلويين.
فهذه الدراسة عبر المنهج التاريخي بصدد دراسة منظومة الأمن وحقولها التي أوجدتها مدرسة الإمام الباقر عليه السلام وتبين مدى آثارها وفوائدها على المجتمع الإسلامي آنذاك.


Security and stability are among the greatest blessings of Allah Almighty upon all humankind. Security is the cornerstone on which progress and development are based in all fields. Given the importance of this great blessing, the Holy Qur'an contains dozens of verses in which the root letters of Al-Aman "security" or its derived forms is mentioned. The biography of the prophet and Ahl al-Bayt, peace be upon them, also has a large number of narrations about the concept of "security" and its importance in the progress and prosperity of societies and "the well-being" as stated in Athar (narrations of the Prophet peace be upon him, his Companions, May Allah be pleased with them, their followers and other early scholars , May Allah have mercy on them) on the authority of the Leader of Guardians, Imam Ali, peace be upon him.
Based on these facts, the Imam al-Baqir school, peace be upon him, in the shadow of terror and an atmosphere of abuse, arbitrariness, and tyranny imposed by the Umayyad government on the servants of Allah in general and the people of the house, peace be upon them and their followers, in particular, was concerned with providing "security" to their loyalists and their supporters through their education and upbringing on Qur'anic knowledge and the noble Prophet's Sunnah, in order to preserve Islamic Shariah and defending it from distortion, obliteration, and deviation by the Umayyads and their mouthpiece. In the moment of absolute despotism, Imam al-Baqir, peace be upon him, through deliberate "security risks" transferred the conflict from armed confrontation to peaceful confrontation, calling for political and social reform, standing against destructive movements, and protecting the Islamic journey from the intrigue of enemies, and those who sought to trap the followers of the Ahl al-Bayt school peace be upon them, and their cleansing, and supporting the revolutions in the face of tyrants. In the end, these blessed steps resulted in an acceleration of the collapse and fall of the Umayyads within years at the hands of the Alawites.
Through the historical method, this research studies the security system and its fields that the school of Imam al-Baqir, peace be upon him created and shows the extent of its effects and benefits on the Islamic community at that time.
