المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى مساهمة الجباية البترولية في تمويل الإنفاق العام في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1990-2018، باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة المبطئةARDL ، والكشف عن وجود علاقة توازنيه طويلة الأجل بين النفقات العامة والمتغيرات المفسرة. وقد تم التوصل إلى أن تقلبات أسعار النفط كان لها تأثير كبير على الإنفاق العام في الجزائر، كما أن انخفاض مداخيل الجباية البترولية أدى إلى تراجعها في تغطية الإنفاق العام خلال الفترة 2011-2018 خاصة مع الارتفاع الكبير في حجم النفقات العامة، وخلصت الدراسة القياسية إلى وجود علاقة توازنيه طويلة الأجلذات معنوية إحصائية بين النفقات العامة والمتغيرات المفسرة.

The aim of this study is to investigate the contribution of petroleumlevies to the financing of public expenditure in Algeria during the period 1990-2018, using the self-regression model of slow distributed time gaps (ARDL), and to detecta long terme quilibriu mrelation ship between public expenditures and explanatory variables. It has been concluded that fluctuations in oil prices have had a significant impact on public spending in Algeria, and the decline in oil tax revenues led to a decline in the coverage of public spending during the period 2011-2018, especially with the large increase in the volume of public expenditures, the econometric study concluded that Statistically significant long - term equilibrium relationship between overhead and explanatory variables.

Le but de cette étude est d'étudier la contribution des prélèvements pétroliers au financement des dépenses publiques en Algérie entre 1990 et 2018, à l'aide du modèle d'auto-régression des faibles décalages temporels répartis (ARDL), et détecter une relation d'équilibre à long terme entre les dépenses publiques et les variables explicatives. Il a été conclu que les fluctuations des prix du pétrole avaient eu un impact significatif sur les dépenses publiques en Algérie et que la baisse des recettes fiscales sur le pétrole avait entraîné une réduction de la couverture des dépenses publiques au cours de la période 2011-2018, En particulier avec l’augmentation importante du volume des dépenses publiques, l’étude économétriquea conclu que la relation d’équilibre à long terme statistiquement significative entre les frais généraux et les variables explicatives.
