Municipalities today are called to improve their performance to better serve their citizens. One of the key elements of municipal performance is personnel management. Indeed, it is the staff that is responsible for performing the various tasks of the municipality and it is who reflects his image. It is therefore essential to ensure good staff management, to improve the performance of municipalities on the one hand and satisfy citizens on the other. The objective of our research is to know how the communal staff is managed and if the management mode of this staff is oriented performance. Les communes sont aujourd’hui appelées à améliorer leur performance pour mieux servir leurs citoyens. Un des éléments clés de la performance des communes est la gestion du personnel. En effet, c’est le personnel qui est chargé d’accomplir les différentes tâches de la commune et c’est lui qui reflètera son image. Il devient donc indispensable d’assurer une bonne gestion du personnel pour améliorer la performance des communes d’une part et satisfaire les citoyens de l’autre part. L’objectif de notre recherche est de savoir comment est géré le personnel communal en Algérie et si le mode de gestion actuel du personnel est orienté performance. |
