|b Algeria has a community and authority similar to the world's countries with many religious events and official protocols during the Ottoman period, and these events are considered as celebrations for the inhabitants, in which they give free rein to sacred verses and the suitable place in the care of the people. The Ottoman authority was not far from these religious occasions as representing the Islamic caliphate, so it had to revive and frame it, and since the Algerian people were an integral part of the international community, there were foreign consuls and figures who formed with Algerian society an ethnic and religious diversity, resulting in their writings being close to the event. Their impressions gave us foreign images that were different from the rest of the writings, so we tried to monitor their observations on these official occasions and protocols, and we found that they were very much welcome and sometimes receptive and often of ten far from rebellion and plunder.

|a تزخر الجزائر مجتمعا وسلطة على غرار دول العالم بالعديد من المناسبات الدينية والبروتوكولات الرسمية خلال الفترة العثمانية، وتعتبر هذه المناسبات بمثابة أعياد للسكان تطلق فيها العنان للأفراح عاكسة قدسية ومكانة المناسبة في نفوس الرعية. والسلطة العثمانية لم تكن بعيدة عن هذه المناسبات الدينية باعتبارها تمثل الخلافة الإسلامية، فلهذا كان لزاما عليها إحياؤها وتأطيرها، وبما أن إيالة الجزائر تعتبر جزء لا يتجزأ من المجتمع الدولي، فقد تواجد فيها قناصل وشخصيات أجنبية نافذة شكلت مع المجتمع الجزائري تنوعا اثنيا ودينيا، ما نتج عن كتاباتهم قربها للحدث، وأعطت لنا انطباعاتهم صورا أجنبية مختلفة عن باقي الكتابات، ولهذا حاولنا رصد ملاحظاتهم حول هذه المناسبات والبروتوكولات الرسمية المتعلقة بهم، فوجدنا أنها تحمل في طياتها استحسانا وفي بعض الأحيان تقبلا وفي غالب الأحيان كثيرا من التمرد والرفص .
