المستخلص: This present study aimed to identify the experiences of the Algerian sports establishments, mainly football stadiums, and their matching with the overall quality standards. These aspects are considered as important and necessary when adding to other ones, including: their organization, their luxury, the security and the safety of spectators and players in both. This situation is reflected positively on the sport performance, the achieving of the best results and developing sport in general by the implementation of these quality standards. Otherwise, we tried by this study to talk about three main axes that reflects the overall quality of football stadiums and the extent of their contribution to reduce fan violence during football matches, as follows: the quality requirements of sport structures and others facilities, requirements of the administrative staff quality, and the quality of sport teams training. The study sample included 71 workers and administrators belong to five football stadiums sitting the first professional tournament. These stadiums were intentionally chosen, whereas the workers and the administrators were randomly chosen. A three-dimensional questionnaire was used, it concerns (the quality requirements of sport structures and others facilities, requirements of the administrative staff quality, and the quality of sport teams training. After the statistical analysis, the study results showed that the football stadiums administrative staff within the limits of the research sample does not meet the quality requirements by dealing through events and masses, or by creating the appropriate conditions, whenever the lateral and horizontal communication of this sample is almost non-existent. So, this situation reinforces negative behaviors among spectators. The study also concluded that the lack of quality requirements in sports facilities and structures is a factor in fan violence. Concerning the aspect of the team’s role in framing the masses, and their awareness. The study concluded its absence .And thus increase the prevalence of negative behaviors during football matches due to the neglect of sports teams for their educational role.

هدفت الدراسة التعرف على واقع المنشآت الرياضية الجزائرية وخاصة ملاعب كرة القدم ومدى مطابقاتها لمعايير الجودة الشاملة، حيث تعتبر هذه الأخيرة مهمة وضرورية في عدة نواحي، منها التنظيمية والرفاهية والأمنية والسلامة للمتفرجين واللاعبين، وبالتالي ينعكس بالإجاب على الأداء الرياضي وإحراز أفضل النتائج، وتطوير الرياضة عموما من خلال تطبيق هذه المعايير للجودة. وحاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى التطرق إلى ثلاث محاور رئيسية تعكس الجودة الشاملة للملاعب الكروية ومدى مساهمتها في تقليل عنف المشجعين أثناء المباريات الكروية، وهي "متطلبات الجودة للمرافق والهياكل الرياضية، ومتطلبات جودة الطاقم الإداري، وجودة التأطير للفرق الرياضية". وشملت عينة الدراسة على 71 عامل وإداري لخمس ملاعب كروية تحتضن البطولة المحترفة الأولى. تم اختيار هذه الملاعب بطريقة عمدية، أما العمال والإداريين فقد تم اختيارهم الطريقة العشوائية. وقد تم استخدام استبانة تتمحور على ثلاث أبعاد (متطلبات الجودة للمرافق والهياكل الرياضية، ومتطلبات الجودة للطاقم الإداري، وجودة التأطير للفرق الرياضية). وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الطاقم الإداري للملاعب الكروية في حدود عينة البحث لا يرتقي إلى متطلبات الجودة من خلال التعامل مع الأحداث والجماهير، وتهيئة الظروف الملائمة، وحتى جانب الاتصال الأفقي والعمودي لهذه العينة يكاد يكون منعدم، مما يعزز من السلوكيات السلبية بين المتفرجين. كما خلصت الدراسة عدم توفر متطلبات الجودة في المرافق الرياضية عامل من العوامل المعززة لعنف المشجعين. أما جانب دور الفرق في تأطير الجماهير، وتوعيتهم خلصت الدراسة إلى انعدامه وبالتالي يزيد من تفشي السلوكيات السلبية أثناء المباريات الكروية جراء إهمال الفرق الرياضية لدورهم التربوي.
