| 520 | |b There is no doubt that the media has become one of the most important factors in transferring and broadcasting the cultural act of the masses, and is one of the most important means used by countries in the dissemination of ideology and perspective in the world, evidence of that warm international channels of national dimension (Al Jazeera, France 24, CNN, Russia today... Etc.), and the media are the mirror of the cultural policy of the countries that aim to spread their culture and thus the way of seeing the world and then its ideology within the framework of soft power policy. | ||
