المستخلص: This is a very short, quick and sufficient overview of the jurisprudential assumption of Imam Abu Hanifa al-Nu’man. It is my honor to present it, and to highlight the major aspect of his great personality and ability to explore his forward-thinking and diligence besides his far sighted deduction. As though he would be evaluating, and seeing the things with the Allah`s gifted visionary eyes and mind. His assumptions are worth following with regards to developing and reforming the narrative and jurisprudential approach in the present era. Such as his assumption of occurrence of intercourse (by anyone in the future) in exterior flush of woman›s vagina; and committing the adultery by a demon (male) with human being (female) and vice-versa and the rulings thereof. Those are issues that are rarely being imagined in the present era. The issue of eating a part of one`s body by himself, in extreme condition of hunger that might be leading someone to die. In a nutshell, the rational doctrinal assumptions of Imam Abu Haifa has to be followed to reform the jurisprudential and legal approaches and putting the deduction in its right way. May Allah bless Imam Abu Hanifa with His reward for whatever he had contributed for Islamic Sariah and the Muslim Ummah.
