المستخلص: Territorial construction processes depend on how local actors coordinate and interact. The development of local inter-actor coordination is thus at the center of territorial dynamics. The aim of this article is to understand the structuring logic of the industrial area of Bordj Bou Arreridj (electronics and household appliances Industries) and the perspective of the emergence of a technopolitan organization. It is a question of examining the behavior of the actors of this territory through the approach of proximities as well as the analysis of nature and the contents of the relations that exist within the local environment favoring the emergence of the technopole.

Les processus de construction territoriale dépendent de la façon dont les acteurs locaux se coordonnent et interagissent. Le développement de coordination inter-acteurs locaux se trouve ainsi au centre des dynamiques territoriales. L’objectif de notre article consiste à comprendre la logique de structuration de l’espace industriel de Bordj Bou Arreridj (Industries Electroniques et Electroménagères) et la perspective d’émergence d’une organisation technopolitaine. Il s’agit d’examiner le comportement des acteurs de ce territoire à travers l’approche des proximités ainsi que l’analyse de la nature et le contenu des relations qui existent au sein du milieu local susceptible de favoriser l’émergence du technopôle.
