| 520 | |d Les cartes de la ville d’Annaba et les bases de données géographiques utilisées actuellement par les instruments d’urbanisme deviennent rapidement dépassées et obsolètes, pour la prise de décision urbaine, en particulier à cause du décalage qui excite entre les cartes projetées et l’agglomération telle que fabriquée par les décideurs et intervenants actifs, privés ou publics, de la ville. Ostensiblement, dans un but prédominant de faciliter la prise de décisions, toutes ces données peuvent être mises à jour et corrigées rapidement par l’utilisation d’approches combinant les SIG à la télédétection satellitaire. Les données requises pour la cartographie thématique de l’aire étude comprennent le modèle numérique de terrain MNT, d’une résolution de 30 m. | ||
