|a هدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر حاضنات الأعمال في تعزيز المشروعات الريادية في بنك الأسرة، وقد افترضت الدراسة الفروض التالية: هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الدعم الخدمي (فني، خدمي، تسويقي) والمشروعات الريادية في بنك الأسرة. وهنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الدعم التمويلي والمشروعات الريادية في بنك الأسرة. اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمت الدراسة أداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات من مجتمع الدراسة المكون من العاملين في بنك الأسرة حيث تم توزيعه علي جميع العاملين وتوصلت الدراسة إلي وجود علاقة ارتباط معنوية بين المشروعات الريادية وحاضنات الأعمال، وجود علاقة ارتباط معنوي بين المشروعات الريادية والدعم الخدمي، وجود علاقة ارتباط معنوية بين المشروعات الريادية والدعم التمويلي، ومن ثم قدمت الدراسة عدة توصيات كان أهمها علي الحاضنة الاهتمام بتسويق منتجات المشروعات الريادية بصورة علمية، تقديم الدعم الفني للمشروعات الريادية بصورة تعزز من تحقيق أهداف المشروع، عمل دراسات مكملة في دور حاضنات الأعمال والخدمات التي تقدمها لتعزيز المشروعات الريادية.

|b The study assumed the following hypotheses: There is a statistically significant relationship between the service support (technical, service, marketing) and the pilot projects in the family bank. There is a statistically significant relationship between the funding support and the pilot projects in the Family Bank. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method. The study used the questionnaire tool to collect data from the study society, which was composed of employees of the family bank, where it was distributed to all employees. The study found a significant correlation between entrepreneurial projects and business incubators, There is a significant correlation between the pilot projects and the funding support, and then the study made several recommendations, the most important of which is the incubator, the interest in marketing the products of the pilot projects in a scientific way, providing technical support to the pilot projects in a way that enhances the achievement of Project managers, conducting complementary studies in the role of business incubators and the services they provide to promote entrepreneurial projects.
