المستخلص:	Nowadays, management sciences are a part of social sciences since they innovate through network concept. Through an approach of two types of innovation networks, clusters and poles of competitiveness, this experience is assigned to isolate different factors promoting the emergence of collaborative projects in R & D in their social dynamism. The common factor in these two networks is the existence of a social dynamic in collaborative project management. We want, in this research, to classify their different types. Their holding and, in a special way, their emergence, remains, in fact, until today, a process rather little known.
