| 520 | |a الهدف من الدراسة هو كيفية استرجاع وتحسين الصوت لدى المرضى المصابين بالبحة الصوتية العضوية باستعمال تقنية جديدة هي تقنية المقامات العربية لتجويد القرآن الكريم. تتمثل المقامات في: الصبا، والنهاوند، والعجم، والبياتي، والسيكا، والحجاز، والرست، والكرد. وهذه التقنية مماثلة للبروتوكول العلاجي للطبيب الفرنسي (François LEHUCHE) الخاص بعلاج الاضطرابات الصوتية، ولها منهج البروتوكول العلاجي نفسه. الفرق بين التقنيتين يتمثل في تمرين العد المرسل، وتمرين النداء، وتمرين الصوت الغنائي؛ حيث تم إدراج الحروف الأبجدية وآيات من الذكر الحكيم، ولإثبات حقيقة مدى تحسن صوت المريض من خلال هذه التقنية استعملنا البرمجية الحاسوبية (PRAAT) التي تسمح لنا باستخراج قيم ومنحنيات الخصائص الفيزيائية لصوت المريض ليتبين ما إذا كان الصوت تحسن بعد الحصص العلاجية أم لا. | ||
| 520 | |b The aim of the study is to recover and improve the patient's voice with organic dysphonia, using a new technique: the Arabic "maqamat". This "maqamat" are: al-saba, al-nahawand, al-ajam, al-bayati, al-sika, al-hijaz, al-rast and al-Kurd, which are used in psalmody of the Holy Quran. This technique is similar to the treatment protocol used by the French doctor "" François LEHUCHE for the treatment of vocal disorders and has the same approach of the protocol therapy mentioned above. The difference between the two techniques concerns the counting exercise, the calling exercise and the singing voice exercise. The letters of the alphabet and some verses from the Holy Quran have been included. To show the improvement of the patient's voice thanks to this technique, we used the PRAAT computer software, which allows extracting the values and curves of the acoustical characteristics of the patient's voice. This allows us to determine whether or not the patient's voice has improved after the therapy sessions. | ||
| 520 | |d L'objectif de cette étude est comment récupérer et améliorer la voix des patients atteints de dysphonie organique, en utilisant une nouvelle technique: les "maqamat" arabes, tons mélodiques utilisés pour la psalmodie du Saint Coran. Ces "maqamat" sont: al saba, al nahawand, al ajam, al bayat, al sika, al hidjaz, al rast, al kord. Cette technique des "maqamat" est similaire au protocole thérapeutique utilisé pal le médecin français "LEHUCHE François" pour le traitement des troubles de la voix et a la même approche que le protocole thérapeutique susmentionné. La différence entre les deux techniques réside dans l’exercice de comptage, l’exercice d’appel et l’exercice de la voix chantée. Les lettres de l’alphabet et des versets du saint Coran ont été inclus. Pour montrer l’amélioration de la voix du patient grâce à cette technique, nous avons utilisé le logiciel informatique PRAAT, qui permet d'extraire les valeurs et les courbes des caractéristiques physiques de la voix du patient. Ce qui nous permet de déterminer si la voix du patient s’est améliorée ou non après les séances thérapeutiques. | ||
