Smart contract is very clear in British and US cultures that mean the smart contract is an Anglo-Saxon invention, which signify a program that directly controls and transfer assets and others through the block chain system. With another way, the smart contract is a code that allows to the parties execute them obligations automatically. While smart contract might sound new in Morocco, it’s regulated by obligations and contracts law. |
