المستخلص: قام الباحث بترجمة لجلال الدين الدواني رحمه الله ذكر فيها مولده ونسبه وشيوخه وثناء العلماء عليه، ثم وصف الباحث نسخ المخطوط وسبب اختيار النسخة الأم، ونسخ المخطوط وقابله بالنسختين الأخريين، ثم قام بدراسة المخطوط. وخلص الباحث إلى أن المصنف لم يكن شيعي المذهب، وفي ترضيه على الآل والصحب دلالة على ذلك، وقد حرر المسائل ولم يكتف بمجرد النقل عمن سبقه من المفسرين؛ بل ناقش ورجح وبرر ما رجحة بقواعد الترجيح المقررة في علوم القرآن الكريم. وعلى الرغم من صغر حجم الرسالة إلا أنه ضمنها مسائل بلاغية وفقهية وعقديه وطبية. وكان له احتفاء بمقام العقل، لكونه مبينا لأحكام الشرع في بعض المواضع التي ربما لا تجد فيها نصا شرعيا بتحريم ذلك الأمر أو تحليله، فيأتي العقل ليدخل ذلك الأمر تحت قاعدة شرعية عامة، فيتبين حكمه. هذا والله أسأل التوفيق والسداد، وصلى الله على نبينا محمد وآله وصحبة ومن تبعهم بإحسان إلى يوم الدين.

The researcher mentioned autobiography of Jalāl-ud-din Asaad Aldawāni, May God have mercy upon him, in which he mentioned his birth, his ancestry, his sheikhs, and scholars’ praise upon him. The researcher then described the manuscript copies (abbreviated MS for singular and MSS for plural and was, traditionally, any document written by hand -- or, once practical typewriters became available, typewritten -- as opposed to being mechanically printed or reproduced in some indirect or automated way), the reason for choosing the original copy and the manuscript copies, and comparing it with the other two copies. Then, he studied the manuscript. The researcher concluded that the compilation (work) was not a Shiite sect, and that it was satisfactory to relatives and the companions. This was an indication of that. The juristic issues were not only transferred from those who preceded him. Rather, he discussed and justified what was suggested by the rules of weighting prescribed in the sciences of the Holy Quran. Despite the small size of the thesis, it included rhetorical, juristic, doctrinal and medical issues. He has paid a great attention and consideration to the sanctity of the mind because it is a manifestation of the rules of Sharia in some situations where you may not find a legitimate text to forbid or analyze this matter and the mind has a role in explaining this matter under the rule of public legitimacy. May Allah (swt) guide us all on the straight path and prevent us from departing it.
