إن المتغيرات التي تمر بها المنطقة العربية باتت تؤثر بشكل أو بأخر على مدى موضوعية ومهنية الرسالة الإعلامية وتنبئ بانعكاسات واضحة على مستقبل الإعلام بمختلف روافده وقطاعاته، ما استدعى أن يكون بحثنا هذا منصبا على تلك التحولات الدولية الراهنة وتداعياتها وتأثيرها في الإعلام وتأثرها به بهدف إيجاد الأفكار التي يمكن بها الحفاظ على مسار الإعلام وفق الأسس المهنية والقواعد الأخلاقية والتي يرى البعض لن التحولات المحيطة قد حادت بجالب من وسائل الإعلام عنها. لقد فرضت تلك المتغيرات المحيطة بإيقاعها السريع ومحاورها شديدة التشابك العديد من التحديات الكبيرة على منطقتنا العربية، ولم يكن الإعلام العربي بمنأى عن تلك المتغيرات أو ما من صعوبات بل كان دائما في قلبها، معاصرا لتطوراتها ومتأثرا بها بل ومؤثرا فيها أيضا. ويشكل بحثنا هذا فرصة مثالية للتبصر في حال الإعلام وما يمكن القيام به لتعظيم ما يتمتع به من مواطن القوة وتصحيح ما قد يصيبه من مواضع الخلل، تأكيدا على الدور التاريخي للإعلام كشريك في دعم مجتمعاتنا نحو الأفضل ومساعدتها على تخطي ما قد يعترض طريقها من معوقات. إن إيقاع التطور بالغ السرعة في تقنيات ومفاهيم وأساليب العمل الإعلامي في ضوء الثورة التكنولوجية الكبيرة التي تجتاح العالم اليوم تفرض على القائمين على الإعلام العربي مسؤولية كبيرة تتمثل في إعمال الفكر لتقديم حلول جديدة تواكب هذا التطور وتكفل لإعلامنا العربي مستويات أعلى من الكفاءة والقدرات التنافسية، وكذلك لمساعدته على التخلص مما يكون قد أصاب جانبا منه بشوائب تشوه صورته أو تزعزع الثقة في مصداقيته، خاصة وأن البعض قد انزلق للأسف في مأزق الانحياز وتبديل الحقائق وتزييف الواقع واتخذ من الأخبار المضللة والمعلومات المفبركة سلاحا يشهره في وجه الحقيقة ينشد تغييبها لخدمة أجنداته الخاصة. وسوف تناقش دراستنا هذه العديد من القضايا الجوهرية التي تؤثر في مجتمعنا العربي وتشكل قيم جديدة قد يكون لها بعض الجوانب الإيجابية والسلبية، تمهيدا للوصول إلي أطر نظرية ومنهجية لمعالجة التحولات الدولية الراهنة والتي جاءت في المطالب الخاصة بالمحور الأول. وسوف يختتم الباحث دراسته باقتراح بعض الآليات النظرية والمنهجية لمعالجة التحولات الدولية الراهنة في القضايا السابقة.
The changes that the Arab region is going through are affecting, in one way or another, the extent of the objectivity and professionalism of the media message and predicting clear implications for the future of the media in all its branches and sectors. This requires that our research be focused on these current international transformations and their impact on the media and its impact on them with the purpose of finding all possible ways to preserve the course of media according to the professional bases and ethical rules, which some believe the current media has deviated from driven by these surrounding transformations. These fast-paced and highly intertwined changes have posed many major challenges to our Arab region. The Arab media has not been immune to these changes or the difficulties they brought, but has always been at their core, keeping up with their evolution, influenced by and influencing them. Our research is an ideal opportunity to see tackle the media, maximize its strengths and correct any imbalances in it. This serves to affirm the media's historical role as a partner in supporting our societies for the better and helping them overcome obstacles. The rapid pace of development in the techniques, concepts and methods of media in the wake of the great technological revolution sweeping the world today imposes great responsibility on the Arab media officials in the implementation of new solutions to keep pace with these developments and ensure the Arab media remains at the highest levels of efficiency and competitiveness. The responsibility also lies with them to counter any defects that may have distorted part of the Arab media's image or undermined the public's confidence in its credibility, especially as some such media outlets have slipped into the dilemma of bias, falsification of facts and reality, and using misleading and fabricated information as a weapon to serve their own agendas. Our study will discuss many of the fundamental issues that affect our Arab society and constitute new values that may have some positive and negative aspects, in order to arrive at theoretical and methodological frameworks to address the current international transformations that came under discussion in the first axis of this study. The researcher concludes his study by suggesting some theoretical and methodological mechanisms to deal with the current international transformations in previous issues
