المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في تنمية وتوطين الموارد البشرية، والإجابة عن الأسئلة التالية: ما دور مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في تنمية الجوانب الإبداعية لدى الشباب؟ والسؤال الثاني: ما هي نظرة الشباب إلى مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي؟ ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة وللإجابة عن أسئلتها تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بالاعتماد على أدوات جمع البيانات والمعلومات )تحليل السجلات والوثائق ونتائج المقابلات( والاستعانة بالأدب النظري للتعرف على مفهوم مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي كما قام الباحث بإعداد وتطوير استبانة لقياس دور مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في تنمية وتوطين الموارد البشرية في جامعة اليرموك إحدى هذه الجامعات، وقد بلغ مجموع عينة الدراسة (420) طالب وطالبة من جامعة اليرموك والتكنولوجيا وتم إيجاد التكرارات والمتوسطات الحسابية والنسب المؤدية للإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المتوسطات الحسابية لفقرات الدراسة المتعلقة بالسؤال الأول جاءت متفاوتة بدرجات تراوحت بين عالية ومتوسطة. وفيما يتعلق بالسؤال الثاني فقد كانت نظرة الشباب إلى مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي ايجابية وذلك على أغلبية الإجابات وقد أظهرت نتائج فحص الفرضيات عدم وجود فروقات ذات دلالة إحصائية لدور الجامعات الخاصة في تنمية وتوطين الشباب على جميع المجالات، وعلى الدرجة الكلية تبعا لمتغيرات العمر، والحالة الاجتماعية وسنوات الدراسة. وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصلت إليها هذه الدراسة، خلص الباحث إلى عدد من التوصيات كان من أبرزها: نشر الوعي لدى طلبة الجامعات حول أهمية مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي وأثرها في تنمية قدرات الطلاب وتوطينهم في بلادهم وعقد دورات ومحاضرات وندوات تدريبية تثقيفية تعزز من دور مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في تنمية الإبداع والمهارات لدى الطلبة للاستفادة من طاقاتهم وقدراتهم الإبداعية. وإجراء مزيدا من الدراسات المماثلة والتعاون مع وزارات الدولة مثل وزارتا التربية والشباب والأندية الشبابية لتنمية الجوانب الإبداعية لديهم، بالإضافة إلى نشر الوعي العام في المجتمع ودعم المشاريع الصغيرة للطلبة في الجامعات الأردنية نظرا لما تحمله هذه الجامعات من رسائل إنسانية ومسؤوليات اجتماعية عظيمة ودورا كبيرا في دفع عجلة التنمية المستدامة للوطن والمواطنين والحفاظ على مقدرات الوطن والأمة العربية ومنع هجرة العقول الشابة التي هي عماد الوطن وثروته الحقيقية التي يحقق من خلالها تقدمة وازدهاره ورفعته وسيادته لا رضه وممتلكاته.

In the development and localization of human resources, and answer the following questions: What is the role of social networking sites in developing the creative aspects of youth? And the second question: What is the youth's view of social media? To achieve the goal of the study and to answer its questions, an analytical descriptive approach was used by relying on data collection and information tools (analysis of records, documents and the results of interviews) and the use of theoretical literature to identify the concept of social networking sites as the researcher prepared and developed a questionnaire to measure the role of social networking sites in the development and localization of human resources In Yarmouk University, one of these universities, the total of the study sample reached (420) male and female students from Yarmouk University and Technology. Frequencies, arithmetic averages and proportions were found to answer the study questions. The results of the study showed that the arithmetic mean of the study paragraphs related to the first question came in varying degrees, ranging from high to medium. With regard to the second question, the youth’s view of the social media sites was positive, according to the majority of answers. The results of examining the hypotheses showed that there are no statistically significant differences for the role of private universities in developing and resettling young people in all fields, and on the total score according to age, social status and years of study. . In the light of the results of this study, the researcher concluded a number of recommendations, the most prominent of which were: spreading awareness among university students about the importance of social networking sites and their impact on developing students' abilities and resettlement in their country and holding educational training courses, lectures and seminars that enhance the role of social networking sites in The development of creativity and skills among students to take advantage of their energies and creativity. Conducting more similar studies and cooperation with state ministries such as the Ministries of Education and Youth and Youth Clubs to develop their creative aspects, in addition to spreading public awareness in society and supporting small projects for students in Jordanian universities, given what this carry. Universities have human messages, great social responsibilities, and a great role in advancing the sustainable development of the homeland and citizens, preserving the capabilities of the homeland and the Arab nation, and preventing the emigration of young minds, which are the mainstay of the homeland and its true wealth, through which it achieves progress, prosperity, elevation, sovereignty, not satisfaction and property.
