المستخلص: يتضمن هذا البحث دراسة آيات الأحكام في تفسير فتح القدير للإمام الشوكاني، من حيث طريقته في تفسيرها، والأسس المنهجية التي اعتمد عليها لعرض الأحكام واستنباطها. فقد اعتنى الشوكاني في تفسيره بدراسة آيات الأحكام مفصلة موجها لها ومناقشا ومرجحا. داعيا إلى إعمال العقل والاجتهاد بعيدا عن التعصب. كما تبين للباحث من خلال هذا البحث أن البيئة التي عاش فيها الشوكاني كانت لها أثرا في بناء شخصيته العلمية. وظهر لنا أنه قام في تفسيره بالبناء على ما وصل إليه السابقون من خلال اعتماده على كتب التفسير السابقة وغيرها من كتب العلوم الأخرى. وفي نهاية البحث تبين لنا أن الشوكاني اعتمد في تفسير آيات الأحكام منهجا واضح الأسس والمعالم لم يحد عنه.

The title: Verses of the judgments in the interpretation of Fatah Al- Qadeer of Al- Shaukani: Smdy in the method. The purpose of this research is to study the verses of judgments in the interpretation of Fatah Al-Qadeer of Al- Shaukani. To identify the metho- dological bases on which we rely on the presentation and elicitation of the judgments. The research plan included: introduction. Two chapters, conclusion and a list of sources and references. and adopted to achieve it a variety between the descriptive approach, the inductive approach, and the analytical approach. The researcher reached many results including: -Al- Shaukani relied in the interpretation of verses of judgments on methodological bases varied between: interpretation of the Qur'an by the Qur'an. readings. reasons of descent, the prophetic Suna. language, fundamentalist rules and others. -The language was helpfill for Al-Shaukani in interpretation the verses of judgments and elicitation judgments from them. -Al- Shaukani proclaimed diligence and rejected imitation and fanaticism. -Al- Shaukani was involved in the interpretation, jurisprudence and hadith. He had accurate investigations. knowledge and discussions of the sayings of scholars in different schools of thought.
