المستخلص: هذا البحث يهدف إلى تقريب أبحاث التحقيقات في المخطوطات العلمية، وذلك من خلال بيان أهمية تحقيق المخطوطات والجهود في ذلك، ومن خلال بيان أهم مراحل تحقيق المخطوط بصورة ميسرة، وهو إسهام في التشجيع على البحث في هذا المجال الحيوي، إحياء للتراث العلمي والحضاري لأمتنا الإسلامية. وحتى لا تندثر الجهود العلمية العظيمة التي قام بها علماؤنا السابقون في المجالات العلمية والبحثية المتنوعة. وقد اعتمدت في بحثي هذا المنهج الوصفي النظري، وقد خلصت من خلال هذا البحث إلى أن التحقيق يعني: استخراج نص مخطوط على حالته التي كتب فيها من قبل المؤلف استناداً إلى نسخه من أجل إعداده للنشر، والهدف الأساس منه هو الوصول إلى المتن على حالته الأصلية فالغاية من التحقيق هي تقديم نص صحيح من المخطوط المحقق. وقد كان لعلمائنا السبق في جميع هذه المعارف وتحقيقها، كما أن للباحثين المعاصرين والمؤسسات العملية المعنية فضل الكبير في إخراج هذه الأعمال في ثوب جديد يتناسب مع تقنيات العصر ووسائله. وتأتي أهمية البحث في مجال تحقيق المخطوطات من جهة إبراز الوجه الحضاري للأمة الإسلامية في مختلف العصور من خلال إسهامها في مجالات الحياة المتعددة، مما يدلل على حيوية هذه الأمة وقدراتها المختلفة، ويدلل على دورها الريادي في بناء الحضارة والحياة. ويمكن أن يقسم العمل في تحقيق المخطوط إلى ست مراحل مفصلية تتضمن أعمالا عديدة، وتلك المراحل هي: مرحلة اختيار المخطوط، ومرحلة جمع النسخ، ومرحلة الرمز للمخطوط وترقيمه، ومرحلة تحقيق النص، وهي أهم مرحلة يتضح فيها جهد المحقق، ومرحلة فهرسة المخطوط، ومرحلة الإخراج النهائي للمخطوط المحقق. وقد بينت إجراءات كل مرحلة وما فيها من عمليات يقوم بها المحقق.

This research endeavours to enhance the understanding of the research process applied to scientific manuscripts, elucidating the significance of researching these documents and the dedicated efforts involved by outlining the pivotal stages of the research in a comprehensible manner. The aim is to contribute to the promotion of research in this critical field, ultimately revitalizing the scientific and cultural heritage of our Islamic community. The overarching goal is to ensure that the substantial scientific contributions made by our predecessors across various disciplines are preserved and not lost to obscurity. In adopting a descriptive, theoretical approach for this research, I delved into the essence of research, concluding that it involves extracting a manuscript's text in its original form as authored, based on its copies, to prepare it for publication. The primary objective is to present an accurate text derived from the authenticated manuscript. Our scholarly figures played a pioneering role in collecting and verifying this knowledge, while contemporary researchers and relevant institutions deserve credit for presenting it in a modern context, aligning with contemporary techniques and methodologies. The significance of research in manuscript investigation lies in its capacity to showcase the cultural identity of the Islamic community throughout various historical periods, contributing to diverse aspects of life. This underscores the dynamism and multifaceted capabilities of the community, highlighting its leading role in civilization and societal development. The process of investigating a manuscript involves six detailed stages, each encompassing various tasks. These stages include selecting the manuscript, collecting copies, symbolizing and numbering the manuscript, verifying the text (considered the most crucial stage for the researcher), indexing the manuscript, and finally, producing the verified manuscript.
