|b The study aimed to identify the degree of school leaders practice in Ajloun governorate for participatory leadership, and identify its obstacles, and develop proposals for its development From the teachers ’point of view, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, the study sample reached (226) teachers, and to answer the study questions, the researcher developed the tool to measure the areas of the study, validation and reliability were verified, and the study found in its results that the degree of school leaders practice in Ajloun for participatory leadership is significant. It also revealed that there are no statistically significant differences in the degree of school leaders practicing participatory leadership attributable to the following variables (gender, school level, teaching experience), and the results showed that the degree of barriers to participatory leadership for school leaders in Ajloun Governorate came medium, and that most of the barriers to participatory leadership from the point of view Teachers: The large number of teaching and administrative tasks and burdens imposed on teachers, and the weakness of school leaders 'conviction of the usefulness of teachers’ participation in decision-making, and that the most frequent suggestions of the study sample to develop participatory leadership were: Spreading a culture of participatory leadership for leaders Schools in Ajloun, and held training programs develop participatory leadership methods for school leaders, the study recommended the need to increase the rates of the involvement of teachers in all administrative processes in the schools of Ajloun.

|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف درجة ممارسة قادة المدارس في محافظة عجلون للقيادة التشاركية، وتحديد معوقاتها، ووضع مقترحات لتطويرها من وجهة نظر المعلمين، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد بلغت عينة الدراسة (٢٢٦) معلما، ومعلمة، وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة، قامت الباحثة بتطوير الأداة لقياس تحقق أهداف البحث، وتم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، وتوصلت الدراسة في نتائجها إلى أن درجة ممارسة قادة المدارس في محافظة عجلون للقيادة التشاركية كبيرة، وكشفت أيضا عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في درجة ممارسة قادة المدارس للقيادة التشاركية تعزى للمتغيرات الآتية (الجنس، مستوى المدرسة، الخبرة التدريسية)، وبينت النتائج أن درجة معوقات القيادة التشاركية لقادة المدارس في محافظة عجلون جاءت متوسطة، وأن أكثر معوقات القيادة التشاركية من وجهة نظر المعلمين كانت: كثرة المهام والأعباء التدريسية والإدارية الملقاة على عاتق المعلمين، وضعف قناعة القادة المدارس بجدوى مشاركة المعلمين في اتخاذ القرارات، وأن أكثر المقترحات تكرارا لتطوير القيادة التشاركية كانت: نشر ثقافة القيادة التشاركية لقادة المدارس في محافظة عجلون، وعقد برامج تدريبية تنمي أساليب القيادة التشاركية لقادة المدارس، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة زيادة معدلات إشراك المعلمين في كافة العمليات الإدارية في مدارس محافظة عجلون.
