|b The study aimed to identify the nature of the trauma of liberation and the methods of adaptation used by the liberated Palestinian prisoner, as well as to reveal the relationship between the trauma of liberation and the methods of adaptation used to confront them in addition to uncovering the differences in both the liberation shock and the methods of adaptation due to the independent variables, number of years of detention, type of sentence, and age of the prisoner at Detention and the educational qualification of the prisoner, and the researcher applied the study tools to (100) Palestinian prisoners released and the researcher used the descriptive approach to answer the study questions, the most important results were the absence of a relationship between the shock of liberation and the methods of adaptation and the presence of differences in the average shock of liberation Among prisoners held for a period of one year or less, and detainees held for four years or more in favor of the second category, while there were no differences on the rest of the independent variables, as there were differences in psychological adjustment methods attributable to the age of the prisoner when detained between the category 18 years and less and the category 19 years to 25 years in favor of the first category and the lack of Differences over other independent variables

|a هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على طبيعة صدمة التحرر وأساليب التكيف المستخدمة لدى الأسير الفلسطيني المحرر علاوة على الكشف عن العلاقة بين صدمة التحرر وأساليب التكيف المستخدمة لمواجهتها بالإضافة إلى الكشف عن الفروق في كل من صدمة التحرر وأساليب التكيف تعزى للمتغيرات المستقلة (عدد سنوات الاعتقال، نوع الحكم، عمر الأسير عند الاعتقال والمؤهل العلمي للأسير)، وقد طبق الباحث أدوات الدراسة على (١٠٠) أسير فلسطيني محرر واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي للإجابة عن تساؤلات الدراسة، وكانت أهم النتائج عدم وجود علاقة بين صدمة التحرر وأساليب التكيف ووجود فروق في متوسط صدمة التحرر بين الأسرى المعتقلين لمدة سنة فأقل والمعتقلين لمدة أربع سنوات فأكثر لصالح الفئة الثانية بينما لا يوجد فروق على باقي المتغيرات المستقلة، كما وجد فروق في أساليب التكيف النفسي تعزى لعمر الأسير عند الاعتقال بين الفئة ١٨ سنة فأقل والفئة ١٩ سنة إلى ٢٥ سنة لصالح الفئة الأولى وعدم وجود فروق على باقي المتغيرات المستقلة.
