يهدف هذا البحث: إلى دراسة الآيات الواردة في شأن زواج زينب بنت جحش والاختلاف في أسباب نزولها، وأثر ذلك وعلاقته بأحكام التبني ومقاصد الآيات ودلالاتها. وإيضاح مدى تناسب دلالات الآيات القرآنية مع كل من الأحاديث والروايات الصحيحة والضعيفة والموضوعة، وبيان صور التناسب بين موضوعات الآيات من أسباب النزول والناسخ والمنسوخ والأحكام التكليفية والدلالات العقدية والخلقية مع نظائرها في السور والمواضع الأخرى في القرآن الكريم. حيث كان لعلم مقاصد الآيات أثر كبير في ترجيح الروايات الواردة في أسباب النزول، وإيضاح العام والخاص من المعاني والأحكام، ودفع ما وقع فيه بعض المفسرين من الوهم في بعض الدلالات، وتقرير خصائص النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، وبيان مقاصد النسخ وأهميته ودلالاته، من خلال المقاصد التي دلت عليها الآيات الواردة في نسخ التبني وأحكامه، فمنها ما جاء لتخصيص بعض الأحكام بالنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، وبعضها لرفع الحرج عنه صلى الله عليه وسلم وعن المؤمنين فيما أبيح لهم، ومنها ما جاء لتقرير بعض الدلالات العقلية في سياق الاحتجاجات القرآنية، وحفظ حقوق الآباء الصلبين، وأنساب الناس وشعوبهم وقبائلهم، وغير ذلك.
This research aims: to study the verses descent in respect of the marriage of Zainab bint Jahsh and the difference in the reasons for its descent, the effect of this and its relationship to the provisions of adoption and the purposes and indications of the verses. And clarify the extent of the connotations of the verses of the Qur’an with each of the authentic, weak and established hadiths and narrations, and illustrate the images of proportionality between the topics of the verses from circumstances of revelation "Asbāb al-nuzūl and the abrogator and the abrogated and the mandatory provisions and valued and moral connotations with their analogues in the Surah and other places in the Holy Quran. Where the science of the purposes of the verses had a great impact in weighting the narratives contained in the circumstances of revelation, and clarifying the general and special meanings and rulings, and correcting what some of the interpreters misread in some of the indications, and showing of the characteristics of the Prophet, peace be upon him, and clarifying the purposes of abrogation and its importance and significance, through the purposes indicated in the verses which refer to the adoption and its provisions, some of which came to allocate some provisions to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and some to spare the embarrassment from him, peace and blessings of God be upon him, and the believers in what is permitted to them, including what came to assert some mental significance in the context of Quranic protests, and memorize the rights of the biological fathers, the lineages of people, their nations and tribes, and more.
