المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل وقياس تقلبات أسعار النفط وأعراض المرض الهولندي في الجزائر للفترة (1990-2018) اعتمادا على المنهج القياسي من خلال نموذج تصحيح الخطأ، وقد توصلت الدراسة لوجود علاقة سببية بين أسعار النفط والمتغيرات المعبرة عن المرض الهولندي، كما توصلنا أن التغير في أسعار النفط يؤثر سلبيا على معدل البطالة في المدى القصير والطويل وعلى سعر الصرف في المدى المتوسط وعلى شروط التبادل في المدى الطويل، كما تؤثر إيجابيا على الناتج المحلي الإجمالي وعلى سعر الصرف في المدى القصير والطويل، وعلى شروط التبادل في المدى القصير والمتوسط.

The study aims to analyze and measure the fluctuations in oil prices and to identify the phenomenon of the Dutch disease in Algeria for the period 1990-2018. Using the econometric approach through error correction model and shock response functions; the study found a causal relationship between oil prices and the variables that reflect the phenomenon of the Dutch disease. It affects changes in oil prices negatively in short- and long-term the unemployment rate, the medium and long-term exchange rates. It also revealed that changes in oil prices have a positive effect on GDP and short- and long-term exchange rates, as well as exchange rate in the short and medium terms. Therefore, we recommend the need to achieve efficiency in the distribution of resources and reducing wasteful, and upgrading exports outside the oil to replace various imported products.

L’étude vise à analyser, à mesurer les fluctuations des prix du pétrole et à identifier le phénomène de la maladie hollandaise en Algérie pour la période 1990-2018. Pour ce faire, l’approche économétrique par modèle de correction d’erreur et Fonctions de réponse impulsionnelle a été utilisée. L’étude a mis en évidence une relation de cause à effet entre les prix du pétrole et les variables reflétant le phénomène de la maladie Hollandaise. En outre, les variations des prix du pétrole ont une incidence négative sur le taux de chômage à court et long terme. Le taux de change à moyen et long terme, et les variations des prix du pétrole ont une incidence positive sur le PIB et les taux de change à court et long terme, ainsi que sur les termes d'échange à court et à moyen terme. Nous recommandons de rendre plus efficace la répartition des ressources, la réduction du gaspillage, la valorisation des exportations hors pétrole et le remplacement de divers produits importés.
