لقد كانت للزيادة السكانية التي تشهدها مدينة كركوك، وما يصاحب هذه الزيادة التوسع العمراني الأثر الكبير في زيادة الطلب على الخدمات وخصوصا الصناعات الاستهلاكية وبدرجة لا تستطيع هذه الخدمات توفير احتياجات السكان المتزايدة، وذلك نتيجة لغياب التخطيط المسبق لاحتواء أي زيادة محتملة في عدد السكان، وهذا يحتم تدخل المخططين وصانعي القرار والمهتمين بالتنمية لاتخاذ التدابير الكفيلة لتحقيق ما يصبو إليه المواطن في الحصول على الخدمات والسلع وخصوصا الاستهلاكية بما يضمن التوزيع العادل واختيار الموقع الملائم لتقديم الخدمات بكفاءة عالية. ومن هنا جاءت أهمية هذه الدراسة والتي تهدف إلى دراسة الخصائص المكانية للأفران في مدينة كركوك من أجل الوقوف على صورة التوزيع المكاني القائم، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في معالجة البيانات، وبالاعتماد على بعض الأساليب الإحصائية التي تخدم البحث، والتمثيل البياني، والكارتوغرافي، بهدف إبراز الخصائص المكانية لتوزيع الأفران من حيث قربها من بعضها البعض من جهة وقياس نقطة التمركز واتجاه التوزيع من جهة أخرى، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن معظم الأفران متمركزة في الأحياء القديمة المكتظة بالسكان مما انعكس بشكل سلبي في ضعف هذه الصناعات في الأحياء الحديثة، وخلق التفاوت في توزيع الظاهرة، واختتمت الدراسة بعدد من الحلول والمقترحات التي تهدف في مجملها إلى الاستفادة العادلة للمواطنين من هذه الصناعات، كما تم الاعتماد في الحصول على البيانات على الدراسة الميدانية لعدم كفاية البيانات الصادرة من الجهات الرسمية.
It was the population increase that Kirkuk has witnessed, and what is associated with this increase is urbanization significant impact on increased demand for services Especially for consumer industries. To a degree that these services cannot provide for the needs of the growing population , this is due to the lack of prior planning to contain any potential population increase, this necessitates the intervention of planners ,decision makers and those interested in development to take the measure to achieve what they want in obtaining services and goods, especially consumer goods, ensuring fair distribution and choosing the right location to provide services efficiently. That`s where she came from, the importance of this study which aims to the potential characteristics of the city of Kirkuk in order to see the image of the existing spatial distribution ,the study relied on a descriptive analytical approach to data processing ,and relying on some statistical methods that serve research, and graphic representation and cartographer, in order to highlight the characteristics of the distribution of ovens in terms of their proximity to each other from the face and measurement of the point of concentration and the direction of distribution from another ,the study found that most ovens concentrated in old and densely populated neighborhoods, which was negatively reflected in the weakness of these industries in modern neighborhoods , and create a disparity in the distribution of the phenomenon, the study concluded with a number of solutions and proposals aimed at making the right use of citizens from these industries, Also the use of GIS applications as an integrated system contributes to the application of the criteria for the selection of ovens sites.
