| 520 | |a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى مساهمة المدرب في عملية الانتقاء الرياضي ومدى كفاءته في تلك العملية، بالإضافة إلى معرفة الشروط العلمية التي تخضع لها عملية الانتقاء والإمكانيات اللازمة لها، حيث قمنا باستخدام المنهج الوصفي، وأجريت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من (140) مدرب و(420) لاعب ينشطون على مستوى ولاية سطيف. تم توزيع استبيانين لجمع البيانات؛ واحدة تخص المدربين والثانية تخص اللاعبين، تمحورت أسئلتها حول ثلاثة محاور أساسية: المحور الأول يخص تقويم المدرب، أما المحور الثاني اهتم بتقويم عملية الانتقاء، بينما يشمل المحور الثالث تقويم الإمكانات، أما الاستبيان الثاني الخاص باللاعبين فيشمل 16 سؤالا. من أهم الاستنتاجات التي توصلت لها الدراسة:- ضعف الهيئة التدريبية - عدم اعتمادها على أسس علمية حديثة في عملية الانتقاء.- عدم توفر الإمكانات اللازمة في عملية الانتقاء. وبناء عليه نوصي ب:- ضرورة رفع القدرات المعرفية للمدربين بأسلوب علمي- ضرورة استخدام الطرق العلمية في عملية انتقاء اللاعبين خاصة عند الفئات الصغرى - وضع استراتيجية منهجية مبنية على أسس علمية وميدانية لانتقاء اللاعب الجزائري تحترم و تراعي مميزات، قدرات وخصائص الإنسان الجزائري. | ||
| 520 | |b The study aims to identify the coach's contribution and efficiency in the selection process of the football players by knowing the extent of his / her competence and impact on the sport selection process, in addition to the conditions and capabilities required for that process. We used the descriptive approach to carry out the study on a sample of (140) coaches and (420) players active in the wilaya of Sétif. Two questionnaires were used to collect data: one for coaches and the second one for players. The questions covered three main axes: the first is concerned with the coaches' evaluation, the second one is about evaluating the selection process, while the third axis is concerned with assessing the conditions and capabilities required. The second questionnaire with 16 questions is for players. The most important conclusions of the study are: the weakness of the training organism, the lack of modern scientific basis in the selection process and the lack of necessary resources. We recommend: the need to strengthen the capacities of coaches in a scientific way, to use scientific methods in the process of selecting players, especially in the youth categories, and to develop a systematic strategy based on scientific foundations in the selection of Algerian players taking into account their specificities, their abilities and characteristics. | ||
| 520 | |d Cette étude vise à identifier la contribution de l’entraineur et l’ampleur de son efficacité dans le processus de sélection sportive, en plus de connaître les conditions scientifiques auxquelles ce processus est soumis ainsi que les capacités requises. Pour ce faire, nous avons utilisé l’approche descriptive impliquant (140) entraîneurs et (420) joueurs actifs dans la wilaya de Sétif. Deux questionnaires ont été distribues pour la collecte des données; un pour les entraineurs et le second pour les joueurs .Les questions s’articulent autour de trois axes principaux: le premier axe concerne l’évaluation de l’entraineur, le deuxième sur l’évaluation du processus de sélection, alors que le troisième comprend l’évaluation des moyens disponibles. Le deuxième questionnaire comprenant 16 questions est destiné aux joueurs. Les conclusions les plus importantes de l’étude sont: la faiblesse de l'organisme d’entrainement, le manque de bases scientifiques modernes dans le processus de sélection et le manque de moyens nécessaires. Nous recommandons: la nécessité de renforcer les capacités des entraineurs de manière scientifique, d'utiliser des méthodes scientifiques dans le processus de sélection des joueurs, en particulier dans les catégories jeunes et d’élaborer une stratégie systématique fondée sur des bases scientifiques dans la sélection des joueurs algériens en tenant compte de leurs spécificités, de leurs capacités et leurs caractéristiques. | ||
