المستخلص: لقد من الله تعالى على الأمة الإسلامية بأن قيض لها علماء كبار مخلصين في عملهم، لم يعرفوا مللاً في أعمالهم، عملوا ليلاً ونهاراً، تدريساً وافتاءً وتصنيفاً ... إلخ، إن دل هذا على شيء فإنه يدل على مدى اهتمام فقهائنا الكرام بشؤون دينهم، وبخدمة الناس، امتثالاً لقول الرسول -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: (خير الناس من نفع النّاس). ومما يعجب الناظر أنّهم بذلوا الطاقات، وفنوا أعمارهم في خدمة الشريعة الإسلامية بكل ما عندهم، وتطرقوا إلى كل ما وصلت إليه عقولهم؛ لينالوا رضا الله -عز وجل-، ثم خدمة المسلمين، ومما تطرقـوا إليه وبحثوا فيه مسألـة "التسميـة في الوضـوء" من حيث الحكم، والكيفية، والموضع، فقد أجادوا فيما كتبوا، واستدلوا لما ذكروا، حتى ملئوا الكتب الفقهية بهذه المسألة. ولم يحكموا بشيء أو لم يذكروا شيئاً يتعلق بهذه المسألة إلا وقد استندوا إلى دليل من الكتاب أو السنة أو أشاروا الى أثر من الصحابة -رضي الله عنهم-، أو التابعين الكبار خاصة الذين كانوا من تلاميذ الصحابة، أو اجتهدوا، وكما هو معلوم في الشريعة أن المجتهد مأجور فيما يجتهد فيه. لقد اختلف علماؤنا -رحمهم الله في حكم التسمية بين من يقول بأنه فرض، وبين من يقول بأنه واجب، وبين من يقول بأنه سنة، والقول الأخير هو الأقرب حسب الجمع بين الأدلة، وكذا اختلفوا في كيفيتها، مع اتفاقهم -فيما بحثت -على لفظة "باسم الله"، والاختلاف وقع في الزيادات عليها، وأما بالنسبة إلى موضعها فجمهور العلماء ذهبوا إلى أن محل التسمية في بداية الوضوء. والله أسأل التوفيق والسداد.

And it is interesting that they have made the energies, and the loss of their age in the service of Islamic with all they have, and touched on all that reached their minds; to receive the satisfaction of Allah - Almighty- and then serve Muslims, In this regard, they discussed the matter of AL Tesmia when doing Ablution, its ruling, how to take it and its position. They wrote books about it and quoted what they said, till they filled the books of fiqh with this matter. And they did not rule anything or did not mention anything related to this issue, but were based on evidence from the book or the Sunnah or referred to the impact of the Companions - may Allah be pleased with them - or the senior followers, especially those who were disciples of the Companions, or diligent, as is known in the Sharia that That the diligent wage as it tries hard. Our scholars - May Allah have mercy on them - differed in the ruling on AL Tesmia between those who say that it is obligatory and those who say that it is duty, and those who say that it is a Sunnah. The latter is the closest according to the combination of evidence. As well as they differed in how to say it, with their agreement - as researched- on the word "in the name of Allah", and the difference occurred in the increases on it, and as for the position of the vast majority of all schools of jurisprudence went to the position of naming at the beginning of Ablution'. Ask Allah for success and repayment.
