المستخلص: تواجه الحكومات حول العالم خاصة في الدول النامية ضغطا متزايدا لتقليص معدلات البطالة، حيث جري الاهتمام من قبل نحو التركيز على مؤشرات الاقتصاد الكلى، وذلك تحقيقا للهدف الثامن من أهداف التنمية المستدامة للأمم المتحدة 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)، الذي يدعو إلى تعزيز النمو الاقتصادي المطرد والشامل والمستدام والعمالة الكاملة وتوفير فرص العمل اللائق للجميع، وفي الوقت نفسه تعاني الدول النامية ومنها مصر من قدرات مالية محدودة تصعب عليها خلق فرص عمل واستيعاب الوافدين الجدد إلى سوق العمل سنويا، مما أدى إلى تزايد الاتجاه نحو ريادة الأعمال كأداة أو أسلوب لخلق فرص العمل. وتلعب ريادة الأعمال دورا محوريا في الاقتصاديات المختلفة، فهي تعد محركا للنمو الاقتصادي وآليه هامة للتنمية المستدامة، حيث يساهم الإبداع على الابتكار وإنشاء مشروعات محلية ريادية، يمكن من خلالها توفير فرص عمل وخفض معدلات البطالة في مصر، وفي إطار سعى الدول إلي امتلاك مقومات التنمية المستدامة القائمة على النمو والاستقرار الاقتصادي، وهو ما يستلزم تعظيم دور ريادة الأعمال في كافة مجالات التنمية، يبرز ضرورة توجه مؤسسات التعليم العالي نحو الاهتمام بريادة الأعمال وتعظيم دورها، لذلك تبحث هذه الدراسة في ثلاث موضوعات هي: التعليم الريادي Entrepreneurship Education والتنمية المستدامة Sustainability Development وسوق العمل Labor Market ، من خلال الإجابة علي التساؤل الرئيسي الآتي: كيف يمكن تعزيز دور التعليم الريادي في التنمية المستدامة وخفض معدلات البطالة في مصر؟، واستخدمت الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وذلك من خلال دراسة العديد من الكتب والأبحاث والدراسات السابقة حول ريادة الأعمال والتنمية المستدامة.

Governments around the world, especially in developing countries, face increasing pressure to reduce unemployment, as attention has been paid before to focus on macroeconomic indicators, in order to achieve the eighth goal of the United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which calls for the promotion of economic growth, comprehensive, sustainable and full employment and providing decent work opportunities for all. At the same time, developing countries, including Egypt, suffer from limited financial capabilities that make it difficult for them to create job opportunities and absorb new entrants into the labor market annually, which led to an increasing trend towards entrepreneurship as a tool or method for creating job opportunities. Entrepreneurship plays a pivotal role in different economies, as it is an engine for economic growth and an important mechanism for sustainable development, where creativity contributes to innovation and the establishment of local entrepreneurial projects, through which job opportunities can be provided and unemployment rates in Egypt can be reduced, and within the framework of countries seeking to possess the elements of sustainable development based on economic growth and stability, which necessitates maximizing the role of entrepreneurship in all areas of development, highlights the need for higher education institutions to move towards interest in entrepreneurship and maximize its role, so this study examines three topics: entrepreneurial education and sustainable development and the labor market, by answering the following main question: How can the role of entrepreneurial education in sustainable development and reduce unemployment rates in Egypt be strengthened? The researchers used the descriptive analytical method, through studying many books, research and previous studies on entrepreneurship and sustainable development.
