هدف البحث إلى التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين الحساسية الاستراتيجية والتميز في الأداء التنظيمي، مع تحديد العلاقة بين الشراكة في المسئولية والتميز في الأداء التنظيمي، وتوصيف العلاقة بين وضوح الرؤية والتميز في الأداء التنظيمي، بالإضافة إلى بيان العلاقة بين اختيار الأهداف الاستراتيجية والتميز في الأداء التنظيمي، وأخيرا التعرف على العلاقة بين تنفيذ الأعمال والتميز في الأداء التنظيمي بالشركة محل الدراسة، من خلال عينة عشوائية بسيطة قدرها (313) مفردة من العاملين والمديرين بشركات الصناعات الوطنية ، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الحساسية الاستراتيجية والتميز في الأداء التنظيمي، ووجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الشراكة في المسئولية والتميز في الأداء التنظيمي، ووجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين وضوح الرؤية والتميز في الأداء التنظيمي، مع وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين اختيار الأهداف الاستراتيجية والتميز في الأداء التنظيمي، وأخيرا وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تنفيذ الأعمال والتميز فى الأداء التنظيمي بالشركة محل الدراسة.
