Étant dans les espaces économiques mondiaux et/ou régionaux, l’Algérie a été amenée à mettre en oeuvre un vaste plan d'action visant l'adaptation de la législation de la concurrence et de la réglementation applicable à la régulation, se référant ainsi à la compétence classique, ou bien à la compétence spécialisée.
